“Since the beginning of the process I felt comfortable and secure that they were going to make my soon to be husband‘s ring everything he wanted and more! They were attentive, quick with responses and helpful throughout the whole process of it all. I was very timid and indecisive throughout a lot of it but they constantly made me feel knowledgeable of what was going to be done and what I should be aware of. Every worker I had dealt with helped me with constant questions I had. They even worked on the ring again when I had a tiny concern about a small detail of the ring. They got on the job right away and took it in their hands to make sure I was thoroughly 100% happy with the wedding band! Which, I am. I’m more than happy! All of my envisions came to life! Thank you thank you thank you!”

“My experience with custom made was phenomenal. Amazing customer service. Outstanding staff. Lois in lead design was spot on with helping me get my ring design. He was very patient and more then helpful getting my ring just right. His team and he did and amazing job. Vincent in production lead was very helpful and made sure my ring came out perfect. He and his team did a beautiful job finishing the ring and having it come out better then I could imagine. The entire time I felt more involved in creating this family heirloom. I could not have made a better choice in having this very important ring made by CustomMade. Ty CO owner also made sure to reassure me if I needed anything or had questions about my ring. They would be more then happy to help me with it. I honestly can not thank you all for the is ring I had made after my father and my family heritage. Bless you custommade team. You are all amazing and wonderful.”

“I came into the process with CustomMade knowing nothing about jewelry, diamonds, metal types - nothing. The entire team, from management to design team and production made the process simple and easy. Most importantly they encouraged my countless revisions and edits until the engagement ring was perfect. A few years later and I've now just received our wedding bands as a repeat customer. “The final product is great, the process was simple, and the staff were working with me very well, every step of the way. If you want custom work done, CustomMade is the place to go. I would suggest however, that CustomMade look into different word engraving capabilities, so that it's not just a single line of dialogue, or so limited in character amounts.”

“I had 2 pieces designed at 2 different times. The first piece was a 2 ring set, engagement and wedding ring. I spoke to the design team and the rings were done to look like a wave. Diamonds on the sides with a Blue Topaz centre stone. Absolutely stunning, as both rings came together to look like one. The second piece fits perfecting into the first. 1 beautiful diamond with 3 on each side of the platinum band. Again absolutely stunning. The experience was wonderful and the results spectacular.”

“From the start, the whole team was very professional and thoughtful. I was at ease very quickly which (to me at least) is very important with this kind of experience. I was guided through the whole process. In the end the ring was as perfect as expected, I am really happy about it. I hope I will be able to share pictures soon as I am still working on my proposal! “The whole process was amazing, the team at CustomMade is so intentional about gathering all the information to be able to design the absolute perfect ring. The process of arriving at the final design can take various changes to the drawings but the sketch artists are more than happy to redo everything until it is exactly what is wanted. They are great at communicating how the ring is being processed and manufactured. The ring is inspected to the highest standard of perfection for craftsmanship and manufacturing. They are honest about the timing of the process and the delivery. So so so happy I went with them to make the ring of my fiancé's dreams.”
