“Fantastic communication and superb craftsmanship. The only downside as someone from Australia is that the currency conversion is non-favrouable, along with the import costs. However if that isn't an barrier and quality is key they definitely deliver.”

“I am beyond grateful for the final product, my custom necklace, and the high quality and professional experience in creating it. CustomMade worked so hard to create the exact piece I envisioned in my mind and did a lot in showing so many different styles just to make sure I was happy before anything was actually put to metal. I cannot overstate how impressed I am with the process and the final product. It's even more beautiful than I could have imagined. I am immensely thankful for them making the occasion and meaning of the piece exactly what I hoped it would be. CustomMade have in me now, a customer for life. “When i first approached the CustomeMade team i was a bit nervous because that was the first time i ever design a jewelry piece online. However, this feeling has transformed greatly and that's mainly due to the professional way the CustomeMade team has communicated with me and assisted me during the selection , design and production process for my piece. Another thing that i really liked about this experience with CustomeMade was the delivery. They shipped my piece internationally and it reached me within three business days which i did not expect. In the end my piece had turned out exactly as i have expected it and im really glad for that. So, Thank you for all of the CustomeMade team . “UPDATE: Upon leaving my lukewarm review, Custom Made reached out to me directly and did everything they could to fix the problem. I have therefore changed my star rating to 4 and would recommend this company. Mixed feelings. Company is very helpful and responsive and made me a piece of jewelry I couldn't find elsewhere. However, the rate in which the piece has already tarnished significantly is extremely disappointing. It makes me question the quality of materials.”

“Couldn't be happier. I had an idea of what I wanted the ring to look like but had no idea where to start. Their design process made it super simple, they asked some question and I attached reference photos and they had an artist draw up some sketches that were absouley amazing. I picked the one I liked the most and from there was able to see a full 3d rendering and make changes from there. After we picked the design they had a huge selection of metals and stones to work with and the consultants were extremely knowledgeable and walked me through every steps and even more surprisingly at no point were they ever "pushy sales people" it was a great experience working with them. They made the process simple and I felt in control of the decision the entire time. The time line they projected was spot on, only issue was getting it cleared at customs (out of their control) and really even that only took a few days. When the ring arrived it looked even better than the pictures they had sent. We both love the ring and would hands down recommend using custom made. We are now getting our wedding bands from them as well.”

“Communication was clear and constant. Multiple iterations of my ring design were presented without hesitation, and more when changes were requested. They provided great updates with examples of their process as my piece was being made. When I received my ring, I was thoroughly impressed with the quality. The renders/models shown throughout the design phase were very true to the real ring. I am very happy with my ring and can't wait to pass it on to one of my boys one day. Thank you guys for having such great attention to detail and great service! I feel like I have received an heirloom.”

“CustomMade is a great place to get a ring design done. I have had two rings done with them and they created a great masterpiece for me. They walked me through the whole process and listen to everything I wanted and delivered a piece better than I could have imagined. I will be definitely going to them for future projects.”

“Made to request in fashion and quality. I had one Sigel ring made for me and one for my Grandson I will work on other future products with Custom Made because they create my visioned design. If you want the best the cost is worth it”

“Great Experience, I was slightly hesitant when I started the process because I am a protectionist but the process was very smooth. The team members were very detailed oriented during the whole process, flexible and patient with bringing my visions alive and my engagement ring came out perfect!”

“It was incredible. The representatives were always in contact and updated me on everything I needed to know for my project. The cost, with it being a personally designed piece, is also very reasonable. They always let me know when something would cost more and what my payment options would be. They also don't rush you by any stretch. They let you take your time through the process and work through things. The piece I received was also nothing short of phenomenal. The process is very smooth flowing, and I'll admit, at first I was skeptical. After going through it, I couldn't have been more wrong. An incredible company with great service.”
