“Working with CustomMade was really wonderful! I wanted a wedding band that would match with my engagement ring, but I had trouble finding what I wanted elsewhere. So, when I found CustomMade, I was really excited. They asked me questions to help create a design that reflected my relationship with my spouse, and it felt like they really cared about what I wanted and they wanted to be sure I loved everything about my wedding band! It was a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend them if you want something tailored to you exactly.”

“Making our ring with CustomMade was a terrific idea. With Pinterest, my girlfriend got the idea of a design she would want one day for her ring, and I could not find anything similar in stores. As soon as I saw CustomMade and how they worked with previous designs I knew I had to give it a shot with the initial steps and that ended up leading us to the final product, which was gorgeous.”

“At this point, my review is not going to be good and my full opinion will be verified after the ring I purchased is fixed. After having received the ring, I was initially very happy. However, the diamond (without having been worn) was loose as well as the setting being crooked rather than perpendicular to the engagement band. So, my overall review will depend on how this is fixed, whether it is truly quality, as well as customer service experience through it.”

“I loved CustomMade!! This was honestly so fun for me to be able to see my ring set come to life! I loved the whole process, and everyone I talked with answered all of my questions patiently and completely. I also learned a bunch about ring making and what things are called which is awesome— my sister is getting engaged soon and I’ve been able to help her narrow down things and figure out what features she likes the best because now I know what they’re called haha— and I told her to start a project with CustomMade asap :) The sketches and renderings were beautiful, and the adjustments I asked them to make were perfect and I ended up with something even more beautiful than I had ever imagined!! And I’m glad I can be sure that it’s all great quality and it’ll last. Love love love my rings 🥰😭🤩”

“The service that I received was nothing short of exemplary from the initial design ideas of the rings to the final product I am very happy with the whole journey. The rings that I received are absolutely fantastic, exactly what I wanted. The customer service that I received throughout the journey from the initial design ideas that were communicated via email from the various members of custom made staff was top notch, I could not fault any of them. I would and have recommended custom made to my friends should they need the services that they provide.”

“They were extremely timely in the short time frame I gave them. The ring was beyond my expectations when we finalized the design. My initial designer was reading my mind along the process and paid close attention to all the details I listed. I paid less than I expected and will definitely go through them in the future for more custom pieces to celebrate me and my new brides anniversaries to come.”

“CustomMade is an absolutely unique experience when it comes to buying a ring. I designed my wife’s engagement ring over the span of three months with designers at CM and developed the perfect ring for her with different intricacies unique to our relationship. Not only does CM help you design a one of a kind ring, I think the coolest feature is they let you add hidden symbols within the band. Consultants at CM help you determine the right kind of metal, help pick out a center stone, and literally anything you want in a ring is within the realm is possibility. I believe their pricing to be fair and honest. Their service is quick and professional. And after designing both an engagement ring and a wedding band with them one after the other, they had the final products delivered to my front door in under than two weeks of finalizing the designing. Keep in mind, that includes forging, finishing, and shipping the ring. My wife absolutely adores her rings, and due to their uniqueness, it has been the topic of many conversations. She was floored by the intricacies and symbols I designed into the ring with the designers at CM. Men! I highly recommend you using CM to design a ring for your SO! She will absolutely love it, and be so touched by the fact you played such an integral role in its design. The consultants at CM make it easy for you; all you need to do is precisely communicate what you want in every aspect of the ring.”
