“I am extremely happy with this experience! I am not a jewelry person at all and I was worried I would never find a wedding ring I would be happy with 24/7. The designers, and honestly everyone I worked with, were exceedingly patient (god bless them because I had no preferences at all to start with). I really enjoyed seeing the different styles/possibilities through sketches, and eventually 3D renderings. The final 3D rendering of my ring was extremely accurate to the final product I received. Throughout the process the staff explained everything thoroughly and helped me make the best choices for my limited budget while still creating a strong, long-lasting, not to mention BEAUTIFUL product! I feel like the pricing was fair and explained well. I could not be happier with my experience with this company!”

“Every step of the process, I was surrounded by competent, professional, and very friendly employees. The design process and finding the gem was very easy and user-friendly. The design came out perfectly and CustomMade was attentive to my personal inputs. I was so excited to see the finished product and the ring was even more perfect than I could imagine. “I had an amazing experience with CustomMade. From start to finish, they walked me through the process of designing a ring based on a design my girlfriend really liked, and were able to work with me to incorporate my own center stone along with family heirloom accent stones that will make the ring so much more meaningful to my future wife. I would absolutely recommend CustomMade to anyone who wants to have their ring custom designed by professionals who work quickly to get you what you want. The one thing that would make CustomMade absolutely perfect is if they would be willing to re-use metals from existing rings. I understand there are probably logistical and cost-related reasons not to do so, but if they did, it would absolutely be my one-stop shop for all future jewelry needs. I am happy to recommend them for anyone looking to design custom rings that don't require re-use of existing jewelry metal.”

“The work given was exceptional and they produced exactly what I wanted! The team stuck with me throughout the entire process and performed the exact design and design changes I requested. I couldn’t have asked for a better ring. All in all I got a one of a kind engagement ring for the same price as a normal ring! 10/10 I’m already recommending these to my friends and family.”

“I have never done a custom ring before. So this was a new experience for me. But I would not have it any other way. After seeing all of the hard work, that custom-made put into my fiancé‘s engagement ring I was in shock and awe. it came out so amazingly. Like the original sketches that they had drawn up. Every team member that I worked with every step of the way was helpful, considerate and understanding. They made sure that I was taking care of every step of the way. I can’t wait to see this beautiful ring on my fiancé’s finger. They may be a small company that started not too long ago but they work hard and every piece that I have seen X, including my piece look amazing and that’s part of the reason why I chose them.”

“I have had an amazing experience with CustomMade. From start to end of my project I had department professionals working with me to bring the imagination of my ring into reality. Every question I had, they answered quickly and with great detail. Images of specific stones to choose from along with advice from my team helped me find exactly what I wanted for my ring. Even after I had received my ring and found the slightest aspect that was not just right, they helped me send it back and worked tirelessly to make my adjustments. I have absolutely no regrets after working with CustomMade, and honestly feel blessed to have stumbled across this wonderful company and its amazing family of professionals. “I can't recommend this company enough. Not only do they make a point of being as friendly and accommodating as possible, but they are very receptive to any ideas or changes of thought you have. I had a complete change of plan for what I wanted about halfway through the design process, and this was not a problem at all. The end product is stunning and very detailed.”

“What an amazing company! I worked with them to make my partners ring and they took a crappy drawing from me into a beautiful ring! When I received it in the mail, the minute l saw it i fell in love! The staff is crazy sweet, patient, and helpful! If you want one of a kind this is your place to go. I couldn't recommend them enough”

“CustomMade had a great staff who were quick to reply to messages and to make any requested adjustments. I already knew mostly what I was wanting, and with a few photos and descriptions, their concept artist was able to draw out an amazing three-stone ring for $1200. The 3-D model looked great, and the ring itself even better! 10/10 Would recommend.”

“I've been through a few projects with CustomMade, and every time they've impressed me! Their custom piece prices are extremely competitive for the market while not compromising freedom of design and speed. Their method of molding is new-age which gives them an edge on the classic molding techniques of the past. I have recommended them to friends who worked with the designers at CustomMade to make their favorite pieces as well! My wife collects vintage jewelry, but the engagement set that I made with CustomMade is the one she shows everybody first!”
