“Necklace is a very true representation of what I asked for! Communication and explanations given throughout the process were precise and helped put my mind at ease for what is to be a very precious and meaningful piece! All were extremely helpful and sympathetic to what the piece will represent …. And definitely put my trust in them that they wanted to get it right… The piece will be treasured forever and has a very strong meaning to the wearer who I have no doubt is going to be delighted when she sees it. From production to delivery time was excellent … especially considering I am in Scotland and production is in USA. All authentication paperwork is provided along with the piece again maintaining a strong level of trust. Many Thanks”

“This was an amazing experience. My fiance thought he would never find the perfect ring anywhere and was ready to settle for a boring simple band but we are both glad that I reached out here. Originally we thought that custom rings would be overly expensive but it was VERY reasonable for a wedding ring. The best part was the enthusiasm of the team we worked with. These people are dedicated to their craft and all of the individuals we spoke with seemed as excited as us about the piece. It came out better than anything we could have anticipated. So glad we went with Custom Made!!!”

“Custom made was awesome. They reply in 1 business day or less. They are willing to be flexible with your design to fit what look you wanna perfect. And they aren’t shy to give you their opinion if u want it. I would highly recommend them if you’re looking for any type of gem or design.”

“The entire process was super easy and the consultants in each process were wonderful to work with. We loved how all communication was electronic as we are busy people and to ensure everyone was on the same page. Now the actual ring itself is exactly like the design we had agreed to. Also, there aren’t words to explain how beautiful the ring turned out. They also surprised us with a special engraving on the engagement ring band that correlates to how my fiancé and I met. They did have to push the delivery date back a couple times to ensure the ring was perfect but when it was done it was overnighted to us. We highly recommend Custom Made if you are looking for a very custom, beautiful, and high quality ring.”

“The team at 'Custom Made' are undoubtedly extremely professional and made the entire process super enjoyable. I bought a pair of matching pendants for myself and my sister and we were able to effectively incorporate our ideas into the design while getting professional advice from the design team to ensure a good balance in the design. Further, when the pieces went into production, we received weekly updates and when requested a change after the final piece was made the team was kind enough to redo that. The quality check following this was extremely thorough and the team remade both pieces as they found a defect due to the additional changes that were later added to the design. We would like to thank the entire team for the amazing work on this project and would come back to you for more custom jewelry pieces in the future!”

“I have had the most exquisite ring made and the communication has been wonderful. I was a bit cross at paying $800 in customs charges however - not yours or my fault but a real pain. When I received the ring, it was sadly a little too big and I wished I had requested the band to have shoulders up to the halo mount. This being said, Custom Made has offered for me to return it so to actually do the above alterations. I did send this through about a week ago to Lulu but in case I mised reply, I haven't heard anything back and how to return it. This is just a blip becuase everything else has been fantastic.”

“My experience with CustomMade was average. What's really great about the company is their amiable staff. Everyone I've interacted with has been really kind and followed up with me in record time. But, to be short on my "average" rating, it's simply the quality of the design that I received. I can only speak to my experience in making a signet ring with my family's coat of arms. The design isn't overly intricate, but is definitely not a standard image that was engraved into a ring. Do I like my piece? Yes. Do I love it? No. My opinion is that CustomMade is good for standard jewelry, perhaps even above standard for engagement rings (I just don't know because I didn't have one made). The product I received is very similar to what I saw when a company at my college graduation gave me a brochure for a college ring. It was a standard set of designs to choose from, and your ring would look like thousands of others. Not bad, just average. This is what I got from CustomMade. I have no negative feelings towards CustomMade as it's more on me for choosing them and not providing more of what I was looking for or at least asking for what I really wanted. My needs would have been best fulfilled by a genuinely skilled craftsman rather than an online company. Definitely consider them if you're looking to have something made. Just be sure the examples of work match what you really want.”

“I reached out to custom made in mid August to get a custom wedding band made for my fiance. Let me start by saying, when they say "custom" they really do mean custom! From the exact shade and size of gems I used to even the font I wanted for the engraving. Everything was my choice! Our wedding ceremony is set for the end of November of this year so I had quite a short deadline to work with. I started out the process with a very very basic idea of what I wanted. Over the course of a few weeks, there was a ton of communication back and forth to have a more solid idea of what I wanted. I'm absolutely blown away with how amazing my experience with custom made was! We went into tons of details based on all of the things that I wanted to have included in my ring. Once I had made all of the choices and approved the drafts and plans, (about a two week period) they got started on a 3d design so it wasn't just a drawing of my ideas. I received my finished ring around the end of September and it's absolutely perfect. My fiance loves the ring as well! From start to finish, I didn't feel pressured to spend more or to make choices that I wasn't 100% in love with. All in all, a fantastic experience from start to finish. If given the chance, I would love to work with them again!”
