“My experience with all of the contacts at Custom made was great. The whole process was quick, and efficient. all of the contacts were friendly and patient (I didn’t always get back to them right away) they always got back quickly when I Wrote or asked a question. And most importantly the ring was more beautiful then I could of imagined. Ps. Pictures just don’t do their work justice.”

“I have to say, I was very reluctant to make a major purchase this way. However, I am very pleased with the entire process. There is not one thing they need to change. In my opinion it is perfect. Communication was amazing, product is exquisite, shipping on point and pricing fair. It was a bit more expensive, but being able to create what you want and then get it, makes it worth it. My now wife, loves her engagement ring and the wedding bands add such and amazing touch to the whole package. Cannot say enough about this experience. Outstanding in every way!!”

“I was looking to create something personal to keep close to my heart. I found CustomMade while internet searching. Best thing ever. They took my design and created a beautiful necklace for me. They walk you through each step, they provide options and advice. They are even sensitive to what you feel you can afford. I love my necklace, and would use this company again.”

“This place is incredible. The employees I worked with were kind, understanding, and knowledable. It never took more than a day to hear back from someone. They don't pressure you, they work with you to make this experience as way as possible. The coolest part to me was that I was able to submit photos of other rings I had seen that I wanted to use as inspiration.I was very skeptical about going thru an online company to get an enagaement ring but I very glad I did. 10/10”

“I had done weeks of research on my own in hopes of designing a custom engagement ring for my girlfriend. But I still only had a few key details in mind, and a 2-month deadline, when I settled on CustomMade to help bring my broad ideas to life. At first, I was not certain if this service would provide the balance I was hoping for between total customization and experienced guidance. But, I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism, detailed information, and day-or-night availability I received from each member of my project team. Most of all, I was thankful for their positive and quick responses to my requests for minute edits, and sometimes backtracking of those same edits. And all while working within my budget. I am confident that I would not have been able to design a ring so fitting for my partner without their help. More importantly, she loved it.”

“Quality is good, My wife is happy. I have personally spent two months working with the company to make sure I will receive what I want and not what they wanted me to accept. First, they just sent me random 3D files from the internet rather than trying to make something that will resemble the photo. Then they made many models that were significantly different from what I asked for. I kinda felt that they just employ cheap freelancers and act as a middleman between you and a freelancer. Also, I could see that most of the time different freelancers will do 3D design. I needed to fight for every small detail of the design, pixel by pixel. While the company said to me that "we don't want to you settle on something less than perfect", in reality, no one cared about quality and I did most of the heavy lifting of making sure the result will match the photos. Which is very far from expectations of making an order and forgetting about it. During that two months, I become frustrated with the company numerous amount of times. Now when I see the result in person I am happy, but also I remember that horrible two months that I needed to fight for every small detail, while the company staff couldn't even bother to deliver quality on their own.”
