And I wanted to place special emphasis on S—‘s engagement ring, it is something to look at, basically everyone I’ve shown it to or even through the pictures you sent me before it arrived, were simply amazed by the quality of the work! “My experience with custom made was phenomenal. I was a little unsure about doing something online but after a bit of research and reading reviews both good and bad, I decided to pull the trigger. I am so happy that I did because the piece We made together was not only stunning but looked exactly as it was proposed to me by the designers. The rings were amazing and beyond what I had expected but it wasn’t just the product that I was impressed with. The customer service was outstanding. I was picky and made changes throughout the process but no matter what the custom made personal involved where professional and personable. They seemed like they where just as excited as I was which made the process seem like a team effort. They always got back to me with haste and if there was some Miscommunication they ensured they understood what I was asking and rectified any issues. They also sent my ring to me as soon as I approved the final product. I literally received it within the next few days! You can’t pay for that type of genuine customer service. I could not have made a better decision with both the quality of my rings and the people behind this amazing company. I’ve also shared my ring with about 10 family members and every single one of them said the same thing wow! She’s going to love it, where did you get that? Well done and thank you from a man who is about to propose with a show stopper.”

“Had a wonderful experience being guided by the team and they were very informative along the way either providing information or helping answer questions I do not know a lot about the center piece stone! We even hit a snag in the road with my originally selected stone being out of stock but they were kind and offered a variety of selections. The ring came out beautifully and I could not be more excited to propose later this year!”

“I strongly suggest using CustomMade for all of your unique jewelry ideas. I started working on a project and due to unforseen changes in my life experience, buying a house, I wasn't able to complete the project in the time frame in which I originally advised them. Fast forward a year and I am ready to get the ring finished, well I reach out and they were more than happy to pick up where we left off. We ran into a problem with my stone, however, there team immediately notified me and went to work to resolve the issue. They kept me in step alone every twist and turn along the way. I received my ring in more than enough time to present it to my wife on our one year anniversary.It is as UNIQUE as she is and I am grateful for the experience to give her a ONE OF A KIND DESIGN.I stand in GRATITUDE for this amazing business.”

“I was a little skeptical at first because I didn’t know how well they could accomplish my design within my budget but boy did they deliver! Honestly this was one of the best experiences I’ve had working with any company. The associates were incredibly helpful and professional. They worked excellently with my given budget and actually came in under budget with much more than I was expecting. The ring turned out amazing and I will definitely be using them for my wedding bands.”

“I was very impressed and pleased with the overall experience and outcome. They communicated every detail to ensure my overall satisfaction and were very quick to respond regardless of the day of the week. Everyone that I spoke with was very nice and willing to help and genuinely concerned for my needs. The piece is absolutely beautiful and very well crafted. The project did not take long at all from start to finish which I was very well pleased with. The ring was done well before my requested date and they still worked to get it done as soon as possible. The shipping was from one day to the next and I was also very pleased. Overall I loved the experience and will definitely return for any future personal jewelry.”

“I spent six months searching for the perfect trilliant / triangle-shaped diamond that fit my criteria. After months of searching, I became discouraged as many companies do not offer trilliant cut diamonds. I found one company online that did offer them, however, they were extremely difficult to deal with and admitted they were discontinuing to offer those styles of diamonds. I purchased a diamond from them and after a week, they told me they wouldn't sell me the diamond anymore unless I bought a second diamond that matched it! I continued my search for another Jeweler. Luckily I was able to secure a refund, and found the website Custom Made! I told Gerard the jewelry consultant and DJ the gemologist with Custom Made my dilemma with the other company and finding a diamond. Not only did they discover other options for the exact type of diamond I wanted, but they were able to secure the same diamond I wanted from the other jeweler for a couple of hundred dollars less! After securing the exact GIA-certified diamond I was after, Joana the design lead took very careful attention to my specific requests to custom design the perfect engagement ring and wedding band! I used several examples of photos and even drew some sketches for them to help them grasp the idea. They drew several concept designs with very high-quality sketches and 3D renderings to ensure they were creating the exact piece of jewelry I wanted! The design team was very patient and understanding with all of my requests. For example, I liked the idea of one of the first sketches the design team presented, but admittedly after they created the design into a 3D rendering, I disliked the design altogether. I felt bad making them start all over, however, Joana and the team started all over from scratch and nailed the second attempt! This set us back about a week on the schedule, but it was worth getting things exactly right! Lulu and the production team created the set of rings in just a few weeks! The wedding band was very unique and complex, in fact so much complexity that they had to remake a second ring because the first mold did not come out perfect. As a tradesman, something I appreciate about Custom Made is they take extreme pride in their work. Obviously, if I was unhappy about something, they wanted to change it, but they also took the initiative to change things on their own if they didn't like it. They take pride in their work, and that is hard to find these days! The other big thing that I love about Custom Made is their communication. From day one, they listened to every single thing I requested, they asked important questions, and they kept me in the loop! Not once was I ever babysitting them, checking in on things, or repeating details I had already explained-because I didn't need to with them! Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my choice in Custom Made, and my now Fiance loves her ring! If you are on the fence about choosing someone to make your special someone a ring, give yourself peace of mind and chose Custom Made! -Dustin Carlson”

“I was skeptical when I first discovered this website, but as I conversed with the consultant, that quickly started to fade. They worked with me on sketch after sketch until we reached the perfect design, all before paying them a dime. From there the team worked hard to secure the perfect stone and make the rings come to life, which they did flawlessly. My fiancée and I are absolutely in love with the rings and we could not be happier. Will definitely be coming back to Custom Made for future jewelry needs.”
