“This has been an absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. From the first day of my interest making my pieces the customer service was above and beyond attending to my wants and desires. I was able to change my design as much as i wanted even after digital renditions were made, and after we recieved the piece and became concerned (irrationally i might add) about the style of setting (we got a pronged setting to start and were worried about the prongs catching on strings and such to bend) we were offered a reforge to a beveled setting free of charge. the amount of times this company and its support agents has gone out of its way to assist me has been fantastic and i am very appreciative! :)”

“They were very kind, helpful and accommodating. I've always been worried about finding the right place or having enough money for the project, but they helped with everything I needed, and produced the exact ring I wanted. Although I haven't given it to her yet, my future wife will love it every bit as much as I have. Shipping was fast, the price was fair, and I never had a worry about being scammed or ripped off. “From start to finish everyone here is helpful and knowledgable, they really made it a smooth and easy process. “I have designed two rings with Custommade and the process was soo simple, at first I was frightened by the unknown and was afraid they wouldn’t understand what I wanted so I sent them a picture and to my surprise they came back and showed me the ring before they started working on it, also I realized in the process of everything that the design I wanted looked Incomplete and very bare they came back with suggestions and show you images every step of the way. I didn’t realize I wasn’t the designer I that I was but with their experience and background in design my ring turned out amazing!!! They also educate all the steps you take and we’ll as keeping you in the loop!!”

“I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with CustomMade. I designed an engagement ring with them and was so happy with it (and so was my fiance) that I came back for the wedding ring. Both times, I found everyone involved in the process to be helpful, creative and professional. The costs were extremely reasonable and the final rings were perfect. They gave me such an amazing idea to start with but were also really receptive to my ideas and did a great job of implementing them.
