“Truly an incredible experience. I used CustomMade to make an engagement ring for my fiancee based on her exact specifications. CustomMade was able to deliver where local jewelers could not or would not... and at an affordable price! Other jewelers wanted me to make compromises on a special gift because it was convenient for them. CustomMade understood the importance and was patient and responsive with all my requests. 5 stars, I would recommend to anyone buying a ring to speak with CustomMade first.”

“We wanted a non traditional and meaningful engagement ring and that is exactly what we got. Start to finish was a smooth process and the ring is beautiful. I continue to get compliments on the ring itself and the meaning of the stones. It is so perfectly me. Looking into the wedding band soon.”

“It was so easy to work with everyone at Custommade! The process of giving them what we were looking for, the idea coming to life in a sketch and the rest of the process from there was super easy! They changed anything we asked about the sketch and 3D model. There was someone to help every step of the way and they were all knowledgeable in each aspect. I would definitely recommend this company if you’re looking to have a custom ring done. The end product was even better in person and exceeded our expectations!”

“I cannot express how absolutely amazing this company is. From the moment my interaction with their team began, I knew this was the right company for my custom project. Their communication throughout the entire process was absolutely top notch. They took my idea and turned into an absolute work of art. My custom project was creating two matching wax seal rings for my brother and I, in an effort to show my brother gratitude for helping me throughout an injury I had to my back over the course of a year. My only regret is that I didn't record his reaction when I gave him his ring. My brother is my best friend, and their team helped me create something that truly embodied the love and appreciation I have for him. I literally cannot say enough positive words about this company. They truly made this entire process as effortless as possible, and I will come to them for every need I have moving forward!”

“My partner proposed to me with a cheap little ring with the full intent for us to go shopping and find something that we both liked together. He was worried that he would pick something that I didn't like. We went ahead and shopped around for something but I never saw anything I liked because it wasn't like the cheap one he bought me! Because he is such an amazing fiance he had pretty much picked out my dream ring, but there wasn't a single place that had the same style and designs I wanted in a real ring that would last a lifetime. So I got an idea to look into designing my own ring, and just googled "custom ring maker" and there was custommade. I started the simple questionnaire just to see if this was a real thing and quickly got sucked in. I even googled around to make sure that this was a reputable company (they are). I am telling you they make the process SO EASY. I am so happy I found them. The designer took my ideas and inspiration ring and listened as I asked for what it felt like a million revisions. The designer also had great ideas that I ended up using and now my ring is personalized to us as a couple while also reminiscent of the inspiration ring making it a perfect blend of old and new and special. We have a love of the mountains and he proposed while skiing. I had no idea I could incorporate that into a ring until the designer just popped in a special hidden mountain under the basket and there was my perfect ring. They were so helpful and responsive, sometimes answering within minutes and often the same day. I knew NOTHING about jewelry and stones and diamonds and they laid out all the options and explained it in really simple terms. I never felt like they were trying to upsell me, I was given many cost points and explanations of why something cost what it did. We are very happy with the process. I will share the only issue I had during the process was with the ring sizing kit they sent. they accidentally sent me a kit of all the off sizes, 1/4, 3/4, etc... so I had to guess my size a bit. I had no idea this wasn't normal and that it was an accident. Because the advisors are so responsive I asked for their advice on how to best size myself (I had no idea) they immediately offered to send me a new kit and explained everything I needed to know. This all wasn't really an issue, they offer free resizing up to a year from purchase but wanted to make a point that they are very responsive and quick to set things right. They also give you everything you need to insure the ring and paperwork for the stones and finished piece at the end. I highly recommend this company for your custom-made design!”

“I wanted to wait until after the proposal/vacation to review. The ring came out fantastic. As expected and the custom touches I added really added to the shock effect. The team was super helpful and maintained constant communication throughout the process. “I had a very unusual ring in mind. Definitely not something you could just go to the store and buy. I was a little worried they wouldn’t be able to understand what I wanted with pure text. They were very patient with trying to get my ring exactly how I wanted it. Even marking a few suggestions that improve my original idea. Normally I would say it was pricey but I only plan to get married once and considering how weird the ring was it came in pretty fairly priced. I would have paid a good bit more. Also shipping was fast. I appreciate that.”

“I loved how patient and flexible CustomMade is. I dont make a lot of money and live check to check so when things got pushed back months upon months. We literally just picked up where we left off like nothing happened and the artist who designs and comes up with what you envision was truly spot on. Unfortunately i cant show off i picture since i have it stashed away until the time is right. Truely a well done job by a company i will be coming back to.”
