“I was getting very frustrated with trying to find a ring to my design and liking and yet inexpensive. I wanted a ring to last for a lifetime. That is when I found out about Custom Made. Never had I ever experienced a company that was very professional and timely. The creators of my ring were very thorough and made sure that everything was up to par with the design and the process. I was able to be a part of the process and the sizing was perfect when it came to using their ring sizers. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone wanting a ring for the ages. Everything was beyond perfect. Thank you Custom Made!”

“I NEVER write reviews, but this place is worth it! I had an idea in my head and randomly did search for a place that might help me. I came across custom made and sent them a message to see if they could do something. From the very first contact they were engaging, supportive and knowledgeable. I was worried because I was not looking to spend a lot of money and they deal with people who are making custom diamond items. However, they treated me with respect and patience at every turn. I paid $100 deposit and then they spent as much time as I needed to make changes. I was the one delaying the project with changes and so about 3 months later we were ready to move forward. They reasonably requested half of the money owed to produce the item. They remade the item a couple of times because they would not send anything they didn't believe in. Then right before shipping I paid the rest owed and they sent it out. They checked in with me to make sure I was happy. I cannot say enough positive things about them. I feel like they treated me like I was spending $10,000! I spoke with multiple people online along the way as part of the project and they all treated me the same and it was an amazing experience. I cannot thank them enough for the experience and the product I bought. It was exactly what I wanted. I am so happy and thank them so much.”

“Very professional. Great communication. Custom made makes you feel great the whole way through the process even thorough the difficult design of my ring and areas that were not feasible we were able to discuss and communicate to a result that worked for me within their molds design and capabilities. Five out of five would design jewelry again with them. They sent ring measurement via mail. They speed shipped when completed. Very pleased”

“I started working with Custommade late in 2021, and found their initial customer service sublime. I'd write messages to staff and recieve word back within a few hours even, and while I will say the service wasn't this good throughout the entire service each person I worked with was a delight never responding to late to any question I poised. I honestly can't recommend this service enough. On top of all this they managed to work with me even though for half the process I was studying abroad in Europe. I never felt like I was given a bad service and in the end my fiance loves the ring we made for her.”

“When I accidentally stumbled upon CustomMade, I had been searching for the perfect wedding band for my fiancé, but guys rings don’t have the greatest selection. I had never heard of this site and my expectations weren’t very high, but I decided to give it the benefit of the doubt and see what happened. It was about 11:30 pm and immediately I received a response from a member of the team. She was polite and informative and put me at ease right away. She assured me they could bring my vision to life, and after the team put together beautiful drawings and renderings of my idea, they put together the perfect piece of jewelry! It was truly everything I could have hoped for and more. I absolutely loved working with Jade, Mark, and Janine. They were so attentive and polite and informative and made me feel like a valued client. I will 100% work with them again in the future for the amazing service they provided! They also had my ring to me much early than I excepted, and I’m glad I didn’t skip any of the steps!”

“The entire experience was relatively quick and the company kept me updated at every step of the jewelry making process. They remained within my budget and were transparent with pricing. The design team created a beautiful ring out of a few ideas I had provided. I wouldn’t have ever been able to find a similar ring at a traditional jewelry store.”

“We were looking online for hours to make/design a custom class ring for my husband. All of the images and previous reviews led us to CustomMade. The entire process was so smooth with constant communication on their end, making sure everything we wanted was just right. The end product brought us all to tears and we are so grateful we found your online business and site. The ring turned out absolutely perfect and it is a priceless reminder of all the years of sacrifice it took for my husband to graduate as a Dentist. “The team at Custom Made took my ideas and really did great work. I wanted several adjustments as the design process continued and they were very helpful, willing and eager to ensure the engagement ring I envisioned was brought to life. In a time it seems like so many people don’t take pride in their work or are willing to go an extra mile for customer service, I found all of the staff here a refreshing and excited to assist me! And they did not try to pressure me at all during the process to upgrade to bigger stones or more expensive options… in fact they did a great job at giving me options to remain within my budget… and would have kept it within the budget, but I chose to go a bit over… with no pressure from them at all.”

“Custom Made provided such a unique experience that I never thought was possible. After months of searching for a company that could take a ring concept and turn it into reality, Custom Made provided that avenue. Their customer service is second to none when it comes to project satisfaction. This team worked diligently to ensure every aspect of my ring was absolutely perfect. I am astounded at the professional team they have as I was in constant communication with someone throughout the whole process. There was never a time when I was wondering what was happening or when the next phase would begin. Moreover, if anything ever changed, they were completely transparent in every aspect. Overall, this company was an absolute joy to work with and I would say you’re a fool to go with anyone else. My ring exceeded every expectation and I absolutely love the finished product.
