“My overall experience with CustomMade was great. All consultations were informative and helped to choose the next steps for the design. The final design turned out great and my fiancee loved it! One small thing that could be improved is offering (more) alternative payment methods since credit card payments from Europe to the US can sometimes be difficult.”

“I loved my experience and my fiance loved the ring as well! Everyone compliments how beautiful it is. I loved being informed of each step of the process. “I had wanted to create a custom ring for years and was worried about cost and personalization with handling this type of request. With Custom made, I was able to send them pictures of comparable rings with detail explanation and receive drawn pictures and images of the ring that I was helping create. The customer service was amazing, as I was literally designing my dream ring with an artist. Given a price range, I was able to understand what materials would be used and was involved in the process all the way to shipping.”

“In the beginning I was very hesitant to initiate the process as I usually prefer to carry out such important matters in person. The attitude of the representative reaching out was welcoming, positive, and professional. We began with a short summary of “ Our Story” to give some insight and immediately this progressed to a detailed novel reliving the most exciting moments and this is when my connection with Custom Made became Personal. Throughout the entire process I felt as if I was in the room with them , they explained every step in detail before beginning and updated me on the progress. Every detail was carefully selected and discussed in relation to other options to make sure the pieces really communicated to us. I felt as if I was a member of a Royal family treated with respect and dignity, all things novel were explained and every decision to be approved They have specialists carrying out duties along each step of the way, before proceeding I was introduced to each of the specialists along the way and as if there was just a single jewelry guru they never missed a beat. Thank you Custom Made for making our dreams come to life ! We appreciate each and every one of your team members and their performance. Cheers!”

“I had my doubts at first but very helpful throughout all steps of planning, design, and production. Reasonably priced materials for the quality, and full control over all aspects of customization right up to shipping. I haven't given the ring yet, but I know she will love it.
