“I was interested in creating a unique designed ring. I found CustomMade online and was exceedingly satisfied throughout the process. Detailed updates, great and friendly staff, no surprises and upfront notification of the amount estimated. The end result was a finely made quality product that I can proudly wear (and can foresee it being passed down generationally). Great company with excellent staff!”

“CustomMade was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout my engagement ring buying process. First, I'd like to say that the ability to design the engagement ring I wanted, to the level of detail and specificity I wanted, could not be found anywhere else. CM's team was patient, available, and never pushed back on any of my requests or comments. They really were there to create my vision. They were also incredibly understanding in the early stages when I was unsure of what to do, or what to create, and they were equally understanding when my timetable changed abruptly and I needed a ring almost 10 months earlier than I thought I would. Hopefully, I'll never have to do this process again, but for anyone else who's thinking of using CM's service: I highly recommend it. For the new generation, I'd also like to say that they were never judgemental and never pushed their own agenda, and I was able to find the most incredible (and perfect) lab-grown diamond through CM.”

I found Custom Made and they produced fabulous rings that I hope will stay in our family for a long time. “Communication was very thorough and timely. We are very happy with the service provided by CustomMade. We made a mistake with the ring sizes but Carla, Eula and the team supported us wholeheartedly and remade the rings within 2 days to make our deadline. The rings turn out to fit our middle fingers in the end but we have decided to wear them that way. The details are nicely done and the rings are exactly like how we designed it. Thank you so much!”

“I had an exceptional experience working with CustomMade to make my wedding band. I wanted a representation of the tree of life that balanced the branches and the roots.I had an idea and the artists at CustomMade did several iterations that were close but not quite. Finally, I did a sketch and the artists did a perfect, beautiful work of art that eventually became my wedding band. I love it. I cannot recommend CustomMade highly enough!!!”

“A very pleasant experience, with the whole design and process team. Everything was explained and my very comment was taking into consideration. They designed a full ring concept for a deposit and then finished the ring in less then 1.5 months I think. I really enjoyed it being very hands on experience. Thank you very much”

“CustomMade showed me what a comfortable, enjoyable and stress-free jewelry buying experience should be! Really, there are so many points I could rant on about how great these guys are. For one they didn't offer me a desing packed with things so they could reach the maximum of my budget, they went with our tastes, and the piece ended up being almost $1000 cheaper than I had planned to spend at most. Every milestone of the design was accompanied with pictures of how things are done and how they work, and with a 3D Model of our ring. When they say they want to keep their customers happy, comfortable and informed during the whole process, they really mean it. I'll be lauding them on every chance I get, online and to people in my life. Thank you guys!”

“After browsing different sites for several months I chose Custom Made for their many positive reviews and range of work. I was contacted shortly after submitting my family shield, crest and metal selection. The team guided me through the process of selecting the features I wanted and which finish would make the piece stand out. After 3D renderings with a couple of designs narrowed down, we finalized the project sooner than I expected. I received my ring on time and professionally packaged as promised. This is meant to be an heirloom piece and is everything I hoped it would be.”

Very professional group with excellent closed- loop communication:):):). I had requested a Hungry Caterpillar necklace be made with “mama and ______(my son’s name)” transcribed on the back. “I discovered CustomMade after browsing many other jewelry websites looking for specific themes and designs for my marriage set. After reading the reviews and seeing the amazing finished pieces CustomMade has created. I realized they could produce anything I wanted. I could have a very unique set that Amanda would cherish because it came purely from my heart instead of pre-made by a local jeweler. It began with my choice of metals, gems, ideas, some photo inspirations of designs I found elsewhere, and some sketches I created. Having a career background in production projects--the process was very fun to experience my vision grow, and evolve to completion! The team was very accommodating to my details and the changes I wanted as the design phase moved along. When the 3D CAD phase began I was ecstatic to see what it would look like before physical production. Amanda and I are very happy with the rings produced. She enjoys how much her friends compliment her unique ring, and we can share the story of its' creation. The production process is a commitment, and I feel it was one of my first tests of commitment to Amanda. I highly recommend CustomMade if you want a unique meaningful piece your special someone will cherish.”
