“I had no idea how to go about getting an engagement ring for my girl. Being a nerdy guy, I decided to search the internet for a solution. Lo and behold, CustomMade was the highest-ranked on google and thank God it was! I signed up and contacted them about the fact that I had no idea what to do. They answered every single question I had, guided me through the entire process, and even sent me updates every few days! I had a few periods where I wasn't as responsive as I should've been, and they still handled everything so well. I can't believe I'm saying this, but I wish I could go through the whole process again because they made it so enjoyable. 10/10 I'd definitely recommend them to anyone. P.S. she, her friends, and family all loved the ring!”

“I would 100% recommend CustomMade to anyone; particularly those who desire to create a one of a kind design. I wanted to buy my daughter a gold signet ring commemorating her graduation from university. The class rings I could find were not what I was looking for, and so I started looking online for other options. I wanted an image on a gold signet pinky ring of the dome of the most iconic building on campus with the university name circling the image. CustomMade worked tirelessly with me and revised the design until it was perfect. They were courteous, professional, timely and knowledgeable. Questions I asked were often answered within minutes and always within the same day. A computer rendering of the image showed me exactly what the finished product would look like. Prior to production, CustomMade sent a very detailed agreement to make sure everything was exactly as planned. Once production started I received weekly updates informing me of progress and what to expect next. Prior to shipping I received multiple images of the beautiful ring-it was perfect! Shipping was insured and the package was to be signed for upon delivery; tracking made it easy to know exactly when it would arrive. My error was in misreading the dimensions of the finished product and when the ring arrived the ring face was bigger than I had specified. I was in a complete panic, as the ring was now paid for and in my possession. Although it was beautiful, the face of the ring was much too big for a young woman to wear. I immediately contacted CustomMade, and they sent me an insured shipping label and promised to revise it free of charge. The ring went back to production and the staff was again extremely polite and helpful and kept me informed of progress. Today I received the finished product and am thrilled! My daughter graduates in one month and I know she will treasure her one of a kind class ring! When I started this project, I was very nervous. CustomMade was fantastic to work with; very professional, extremely patient and kept me informed from start to finish. The quality of the ring is excellent. I would enthusiastically recommend CustomMade to anyone!”

“I went in with a vague idea of the ring I wanted, I loved the way they displayed options without overwhelming me. The people who worked with me were super responsive, extremely helpful, and seemed excited to be part of my process. “The process was very easy. I sent a potential design and the Custom Made desiners were able to improve on it, and explain why one detail was too small to be crafted. One we settled on the design they kept me informed at each step. I managed to order a chain that was too small for my wife's likeing. It was basically a choker. We contacted Custom Made and they were able to provide instructions on exchanging the chain. Overall we are very pleased with the results.”

“This experience was easy and very enjoyable. Custom Made was patient and very helpful in making a ring that my son was proud of wearing. They helped me get all of the embellishments just right so that the ring represented my sons memories and accomplishments. We made several changes to get it just right. Custom Made always made sure i was completely satisfied before moving on to the next step. I would highly recommend Custom Made to anyone wanting to design something extra special.”

“My experience was great! I was sceptical at first because buying a ring is a huge purchase and not seeing it in person is scary. The team at custom made took things at my pace and had the utmost professionalism, even when I was being very nit picky about small details. No rushing to complete things and everything was explained thoroughly. If they didn't have an answer for your question they did their due diligence to get the right answer! The ring I designed came out looking fantastic and I'm happy I went with custom made.”

“I wanted to get something that represented my family and after doing some searching I found Custom Made and saw their other rings. I have always loved the way my family's crest looks, and the team at Custom Made did an amazing job making what will now be a family heirloom. It took a few months but the entire time I was kept in the loop on what was going on in the design/creation process. Whenever an issue came up or I wanted to make a change all I had to do was reach and it would be resolved within 24 hours. Fantastic final product, great customer service, and an easy stress free process.”

“I had an awesome experience creating a extraordinary custom made ring with plenty of assistance from the custom made team. The engagement ring turned out absolutely amazing down to last fine detail. I will be back with pictures from the proposal. I know my Stormie will absolutely adore it. I highly recommend anyone to get a ring made by custom made. I'll most likely be back to get a matching wedding band created! Update: She said yes and we are currently planning out the wedding. I got the proposal moment all caught on camera by a secret camera guy. Thanks CustomMade for an amazing experience!”

“I didn't know where to start when looking for an engagement ring. I obviously looked at my girlfriends Pinterest to see what she liked, but I just couldn't find anything to match what she wanted. I found CustomMade online and decided to give it a try, and they somehow made "The" ring I was thinking of in my mind. I gave them the ideas I had, and BAM, there it was. Everyone that has seen my now fiancé's ring has showered me with compliments, saying, "You did good" and "You know her well." It feels good to hear that, and I wouldn't hear it if I went through someone else. CustomMade definitely surpassed my expectations.”

“I was looking at other "custom" companies that popped up on google to make the very unique and specific engagement ring I put a lot of thought into. Turns out most of them are a little misleading using the word "custom" as they could only work very specifically from their catalog. Custom Made actually creates your idea from scratch and listed to my ideas so well they were able to nail it in only 2 tries. From the sound of that you'd think you would be paying the most premium price, but it was actually very competitive with the not so custom at all other companies I tried to work with, and also the customer service is very responsive and friendly. You're talking to real people which gives you a real personal small custom shop vibe. Highly recommend!”

“CustomMade took an idea that I had and workshopped it into something beautiful. I thought that the price would be unreasonable but I gave them my budget and they found a way to make it work within my budget giving me a beautiful ring for a much lower price than I expected. I have recommended it to all of my friends.”
