“They were very willing to work with me and make sure everything was perfect. When a mistake happened they fixed it with no issues and even when a design error happed took accountability to fix it and work with me. I’m very glad I went with them.”

“Overall great experience. They delivered an amazing custom ring in under 4 months. Everyone who has seen the ring loves it. They helped me to customize the ring and refine my design ideas to create my fiancee's dream ring, they were even able to incorporate on her tattoos into the design. They kept me up to date 24/7 and always let me know about any progress or setbacks, and they were even able to speed up the delivery date by a few days to get it to me before my planned proposal date. The only problem I had was with the delivery date not being certain, it changed 3 or 4 times, and ultimately was delivered 2 weeks late, although this wasn't entirely the fault of the custom made team which is why I gave a 5 star rating.”

“Custom Made made the process of designing the perfect ring so easy! Everyone who helped with the project, from initial discussions to drawings to 3D renderings, was great to work with and helped with some of the decisions that I wasn't quite sure of. They were able to take a few pictures and concepts and transform them into a beautiful engagement ring in only a few weeks! I couldn't have been happier with the experience or with the final product.”

“We loved the whole experience, from the first concept design discussions to the unboxing of the finished rings. The communication and quality of the entire team were second to none. We loved our engagement ring so much, we just had to have the wedding ring to match! If you're after a unique piece, we couldn't recommend CustomMade enough.”

“I couldn’t have asked for a better service, from start to the finish. Detailed and easy consultations throughout the entirety of the design and production, and being able to change the design multiple times to suit exactly what I wanted, created an outstanding end product. Particular, precise, and efficient would be the best way to describe the process, and because of that the ring came out perfect. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a custom piece.”

“You guys were incredible during the whole process. From design to production you guys kept in constant communication with me and I love the ring. “Custom Made communicated frequently and clearly during the making of the crest ring for my husband for our 25th anniversary.I was able to make changes and tweak it until perfect and was able to review what it was going to look like along the way. It’s beautiful! Husband wears it every day.”

“I always hated how the engagement ring was this big thing and the wedding band came second. I wanted to create something special to showcase both me and my fiancé together. Having both of our birthstones in the band somehow to give my wedding band its own moment too! I could not be happier with the end result. It was nice that I could move at my own pace with creating the band and didn’t feel rushed to get it done. They corrected any changes to the design that I asked for. It really could not have come out any better I am so excited for when I can finally wear them both together.”
