“I went to Custom Made in order to create a special, custom ring. I am extremely satisfied with the ring and very pleased with the overall experience. The people I worked with were very helpful and quick to reply to my questions (even on the weekends). They listened to what I had to say. They gave genuine advice on how to make my idea better, and not try to sell me the most expensive options. What I liked the most about the development phase was that everything was upfront. Any option for my ring was followed up with a quote and I was able to chose the best option that worked for me. Another great aspect was that each phase in creating the ring was outlined ahead of time. So I knew where I was in the development process and what was coming up next. I also knew when payments would occur and how much. Each step required my approval before we moved forward. I could tell that everything was setup so that I would be happy with the final outcome, and that I had the chance to voice my thoughts before we came to the final product. One of the best experiences I had was when the ring was finally being made. I truly had the feeling that everyone was excited for the final outcome (especially after I mentioned why I wanted to create the ring in the first place). They were very supportive and it was an overall positive experience. I will gladly come back again and I will highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a ring.”

“It was truly a great experience working with CustomMade, they were professional and on point bringing to life the ring I had in mind. I feel that working with CustomMade is 100% a better experience than buying a ring from a jewelry shop. CustomMade takes every detail you provide them and simply put, they create magic! “I had a excellent experience working with the folks at Custom Made. They assembled a team from the start of the project throughout every aspect, design, materials, time frame etc to assure that every aspect from start to finish was done perfectly. I am very happy with the final product. It came out looking better than the ring that I had in pictured in my minds eye all along. The craftsman at custom made are true artists. They don’t copy, they originate, that’s what makes them so exceptional. Working with team work makes a huge difference too. It keeps their whole team in the loop and up to speed. … I will definitely use them again, and look forward to working with them on other family heirlooms again soon. They are timely, considerate & very understanding. I highly recommend them. Their quality is Top, their craftsmanship is beyond any others. I highly recommend them. “This small business is phenomenal. They are very flexible with design, and the quality of service is one of the best. There entire process of design, production, and delivery are one of the best that I have experienced. My CSR was great, I couldn’t ask for a better design lead in Ali, and Janine was a great contact as the production lead. Thank you to the entire team at Custom Made in making my vision of my necklace piece to come into existence. My brothers at the Lodge love the piece. Again thank you Custom Made.”

“This is my second time reviewing Custom Made, and I honestly could rave on and on about how awesome my experience was just like I did last time! After months of searching, my fiancé and I couldn’t find my perfect wedding band out in the market. So, I logged back into my Custom Made account, opened my messages, and took Charm up on her offer to have Custom Made design my wedding band. Once again, from beginning to end, my design experience was phenomenal! I even got to work with the same awesome team members as last time! Tricia and Racquel helped me again with designing and fine tuning the perfect band for my big day. And once again, they were super professional, caring, creative, and amazing! Everything from the timeliness of the responses to the speed of delivery was perfect. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you so much to the entire Custom Made team for all your hard work and phenomenal customer service! Keep being great!”

“I cannot rave enough about my experience with CustomMade. I decided to have a signet ring made with my family crest. From the moment I engaged with their team EVERYONE I spoke to was pleasant, professional, knowledgeable—-and helped guide me through the whole process of getting my ring made. They were transparent around what to expect when, kept me proactively updated on where we were in the process, answered my questions promptly and gave great advice and insight.
