“First of all, thank you so much for all your help! We love the rings. They turned out better than we ever could have imagined! My fiancee loved her ring and our wedding rings are unbelievably beautiful. We just want to mention that in our opinion there was quite a difference between the final drawings of the rings and the 3D models, and that worried us a lot until we got the finished product. We would love it if you could post the pictures of our rings to the Facebook page! We follow you on Facebook and look forward to seeing that. Thank you, John and Esther”

“This is the second time I have used their services and I cannot stress enough how exemplary these are. Their customer service is second to none; their communication, attention to detail, as well as price, for what is in actuality being delivered, are nothing short of superb-- you will struggle to find a better overall service & quality package within this market anywhere on the internet. If you have the intention to procure a custom piece of jewellery & are on the fence, get off it. This is the place.”

“The total experience was amazing. Everything was done on line, and to perfection. When I was told I would receive updates on a certain date it was on that exact date. Everything step and interaction was done professionally and I am beyond happy with my ring. I’ll buy another one for my son when he graduates from our electrical apprenticeship next May:)”

“What a dream come true! When I started the process of designing an engagement ring with CustomMade, I had no idea how well they would handle the entire process! The level of service provided felt like I was designing the ring with friends rather than strangers! They've made me and my fiancée so happy with the special piece we built together; and she was so taken back by the level of detail in the ring! “We had a great experience working with Custom Made. They were very responsive to all the edits we requested on my wife's ring for our 20th Anniversary. We changed the design of the ring several times and they truly did not want to start making the ring until it was exactly what we wanted. They made the process easy. It took time, but that was ok because we wanted to get it right. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to make their own ring/rings.”

“I am a member of a charitable organization, and I currently hold a State President position. While most Presidents leave office and receive something such as a bust or other ornamental items, I wanted something different. The only jewelry I wear is a ring, and so I thought maybe I can get a ring made with my emblem for my term. So, I found Custom Made and went from there. It was so easy to work with them. They checked in and updated many times, as well as gave their opinion as to what would work and what might not work, which was greatly appreciated. I received my ring, and I couldn't be happier. The emblem means something to me, and it is a beautiful way to remember my time in office.”

“Finding my soul mate was never something I expected. Love can happen in a blink of an eye and take you for a dizzying whirlwind ride with no control. My future wife is my heart and soul and I wanted an engagement ring that was as special and unique as her. I did some research and found Custommade. From the very beginning the staff was extremely attentive and caring to my needs. They took my thoughts and concept in which they created a ring beyond my expectations! The entire process was extremely easy as well. Responses were quick and immediately felt that my needs were just important to Custommade as they were to me. What completely shocked me was that after final payment, the ring was in my possession in the most beautiful ring boxes in less than 24 hours! To the staff at Custommade, you didn't just create me a ring. You gave me the beginning to the story I get to share with my wife that will last a lifetime. Words can not express what you gave me.”

“From start to finish Custom Made was in constant contact with me and saw my vision for the ring we designed. I say "we" because I really felt like I was a part of the process. We made changes along the way, which went smoothly. Most importantly, my fiance was ecstatic over the finished product. I showed her all my correspondence with Custom Made and it really blew her away. It was something I didn't factor into the equation. Her appreciation for the details made the proposal even more romantic.”

“CustomMade was truly a custom experience. Each specialist who got in touch was respectful and so accommodating. Any question I had they answered happily, and they kept me in the loop during all phases of production. The best part was I was quite nervous to send through random pictures, none of which were what I wanted for the ring, but they took everything and put it all together into my Custom design. We have been so happy with the result for the engagement ring, and truly special that my partner and I got to design it together. We will definitely be going back for wedding bands and future projects. Thank you CM team 🥰”

“I’m so glad I found CustomMade! The entire team was incredibly knowledgeable and excited to help turn my ideas into a finished product. The design team helped me come up with custom sentimental ideas that really made it special. The 3D modeling artist was incredibly patient and willing to draw and redraw the ring as many times as it took to get it perfect. And of course, the design was executed perfectly into a final product! I was handed all of the options related to my design idea and given honest, unbiased information on each topic to help me decide the best materials and designs.
