“Working with my CustomMade team was AMAZING! They were helpful, supportive, communicative and completely open to whatever my needs or questions were. When my fiancée’s ring was cast there were small imperfections in the band itself. Instead of selling me a subpar ring they recast it for me so I would have the perfect ring for her. The ring is gorgeous and when I proposed to her I knew I was giving her a one-of-a-kind ring! Thank you CustomMade for making my happily ever after come true!”

“This place is amazing. The team will bend over backwards for you just to make sure what you want is made to your exact specifications. I asked the team if it was possible to recreate a necklace that my girlfriend had lost which had an incredible amount of sentimental value to her. I managed to find 2 photos where the pendant was clear enough to describe and they made an almost perfect replica, being a complete match on size, shape and detail. Their customer service was also fantastic, telling you what process your project is currently on and a detail explanation of what that process is. They provide an estimated time of production and delivery, which definitely was appreciated! They’re a small business in Cambridge Massachusetts and I couldn’t be happier with the results they gave. Worth every penny spent!”

“CustomMade really deserves a 5-star rating from me. The service from start to finish was so good that I almost started to wonder if it was a scam. But they proved to be very legit. They worked patiently with my timelines, kept me informed through each step of the process, and were surprisingly pleasant the entire time. My piece looked just like how I imagined it. Photos don't do it justice - in person, it looks way better! I am honestly happy I used their service, and have already started thinking of another piece I want, after seeing their work firsthand.”

“From the first communication, through to my item arriving at my door, everything was impeccable! I was kept in the loop about every step in the process. I needed something adjusted, slightly, in the design, and they did it with nothing but the utmost in wanting me to get what I wanted. The final product was beautifully packaged, and it looks spectacular!! I have to admit, the design was a bit tricky, but they pulled it off. Kudos to the entire team for a flawless experience!! Oh, and it came in well ahead of my expected timeframe!”

“What an amazing experience! The communication was phenomenal! I was blown away by the attention my project received. “CustomMade has the BEST customer service. I created a unique design and my representative sent me drafts and samples for texture, color, design, pattern, and every possible look. He explained the process AND the ring was finished sooner than expected! I love my final product and there is NOTHING like it anywhere else in the world. It is perfectly sized so I can easily take it on an off,but it does not slide around on my finger. The gold has three different textures but the luster is amazing for every angle. I LOVE my ring! Thank you CustomMade!”
