“Great experience! I was pretty picky (because my girl), but these guys were excellent. We’re from Montana and wanted a Montana sapphire in her engagement ring and they went out and found one with the exact description I gave them! I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Use these guys! I was nervous at first about it all but it was seriously awesome how nice, timely, and professional they were!”

“My family decided to recreate a ring that my father had given my mother to give to my sister for her 60th birthday. This ring had been lost and my sister just loved it. I started looking for a jewellery company to do this for us and was unhappy with my options. I couldn’t seem to find a designer willing to do a recreation that wasn’t an exorbitant price with a very long timeline to produce. I decided to look online and came across CustomMade. Started looking into the company and decided to reach out to them. Best choice ever!!! The whole process of recreating this ring for my sister was a joy. Each step was handled very professionally with clear design information. Each step required my input and approval. I cannot emphasize this enough. The ring was absolutely perfect and when we gave it to my sister she smiled the biggest smile followed by a deluge of tears. JACKPOT!!! I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to design something special or unique. Every customer representative I dealt with throughout the process was incredible to work with. If I ever want to design another ring I won’t go anywhere else.”

“CustomMade have been incredible. I gave them a graphic that I wanted to turn into a ring, they drew up design options, talked me through metal options and finishes. And made sure the final product is exactly what I wanted. I can't fault the process, every step of the way they made sure it was exactly what I envisioned. I would highly recommend to anyone.”

“Every representative that helped me through this experience was kind and very helpful. The design process is very slick and getting the 3D renderings of the product helps with making decisions regarding your piece. I changed my design several times ranging from minor details to major structural components and each time the design team was happy to help me out and show me the revised plan. Shipping was fast and the final presentation was amazing and professional. I was recommended this service and I would gladly do the same for someone else!”

“The customer service of this company is excellent. They have various employees who will take over each step of the way, and explain each different process from concept art all the way to the end of casting and finishing of the ring. The customization is extremely thorough, the ring I ordered and had designed isn’t like one I’ve come across. They allow even the smallest unique designs that make it stand out and make it truly yours. Overall this is an amazing company in my opinion and I an very happy with the work I received”

“My husband and I had a "restart" on our marriage 20 years ago, I hadn't worn my original wedding set since and had sold it. 20 years of not having an actual wedding set and my husband told me he wanted to replace it. So I start looking, and looking... and looking.... and could not find what I was looking for. Sure there were pretty rings but nothing that met what I wanted in a set. I told my husband I might not find what I wanted and he said, find it even if you have to have it custom made (within a fairly strict budget). So I started researching where I could have one custom made, but I was sooo anxious about having one made without seeing it in person and the price to do so. I stumbled across CustomMade and after hours of reading reviews, BBB ratings, and a lot of prayers, my husband and I decided to go ahead and start the process. After the first few interactions my anxiety began to lessen. They LISTENED to what I wanted and didn't want, and they were so quick to respond, I went back and forth with the designers so many times, I was afraid they would get tired of me, but they were so patient and quick to make any adjustments or changes. They mean it when they say they aren't happy until you are 100% satisfied! The options they give you are just wonderful and I was shocked to find that I could get the ring of my dreams set in platinum, with diamonds and sapphires within my budget! Continuing through the process, I got an email stating, it's done BUT.... yep there was a but! During the quality checks, there was a gap in the ring that was not supposed to be there! They wouldn't send out a ring that did not meet their standards, they sent me details photos of the gap and explained the circumstances. They completely remade my ring from scratch to make sure it met the quality standards. While I hated this due to the time delay and remaking it took markedly longer than the original process, the next set of pictures I got showed me everything looked exactly as we had planned and I had a lot of comfort in knowing they set such high standards for their pieces. Shipping was BEYOND fast (they overnighted it!) I now have the most stunning ring on my finger I have ever seen. It is everything I had hoped for and more. Thank you so much CustomMade for making a 20-year dream a reality, above and beyond my highest expectations. Attached are photos of the CAD drawing, and finished product that photos just don't do justice to!”

“Overall I am very happy with the experience I had with CustomMade. The team was responsive at all parts of the process, the design team did a good job working within my budget while still making a great looking ring. My only hiccup was with a quote for some accent stones that ended up being priced at 3x the quote. The gem expert was able to supply some alternative options and I did end up finding stones I was very happy with. Overall I enjoyed the process and the ring arrived well packaged and safe.”

“The design process was simple and easy; I already had a design in mind when I came to them. They were able to create a ring almost exactly how I'd pictured it. The process to pay and get everything was simple and laid out in very plain terms; it's very difficult to get that wrong. Come time to propose, my fiance said yes, and she was in love with the ring. Everyone was courteous and helpful through every step, and all my questions were answered promptly. Most likely will come back in the future for other projects.”
