“Everyone was extremely helpful in making sure that I got the perfect engagement ring and wedding band. They make sure to go through all the steps of your piece being made with you and leave room for you to make changes at any point. “Custom Made is the best place to get personalized jewelry and unique engagement rings like the one they made for me. Every single member of my team from design to production responded to every one of my messages almost immediately when I had questions. “Every time I look down to see my ring I think of the love that created it. The love I have and the love that will continue to grow. It shines brighter than my heart fulfilled and is a true representation of the life I have before me. I cannot put into words how to craft such an intricacy but I feel it was done with care. My ring was rush delivered before Christmas when I could present it to my new family over the joyous holidays. I would recommend the team for their expertise, correspondence, and thoughtfulness throughout.”

“I was really worried I was not gonna be able go find the right ring for my fiancée. But with the help of custom made, they made every step of the process really easy. They were willing to work with me with the design and budget I had in mind. And most important of all, they were a legit business to purchase from. More than glad I found them!”

“I came in with a rough (and I mean barely have any clue about what I wanted) idea for an engagement ring. The team of people at CustomMade worked through it with me every step of the way. When trying to figure out what I wanted or needed, they helped explain things to me, give me ideas and concepts, and were extremely helpful with getting me started. Also, I can't say enough about how friendly and easy to work with they were. Afterward, they helped me find the design I was looking for, step by step, giving me ideas, concept art, and also (and this is huge for me) working through things such as combining parts of different concepts that I liked to make the right ring for me. They were incredibly patient, and everything came out perfectly. If ever I want a custom piece of jewelry again (although hopefully never another engagement ring!) I would look to CustomMade first.”

“Customer service excellent. The staff at Custom Made worked with me to design the perfect wedding band for my husband. They will pretty much bring whatever design you have in mind to life. They are very quick to respond to any questions you might have. They made the process easy and were always up front about the costs. Fast shipping! They promised me the ring by Christmas Eve and I received it before then. I can't say enough good things about Custom Made! The staff are excellent. Very good company”

“Was skeptical at first since everything was done online, I'm more of an in person guy for big decisions and projects like this, but overall the experience was great. The reps worked with us on every small critique until the ring was exactly what she wanted and she couldn't be happier with the turnout! 10/10 will definitely be recommending”

“I created an original ring that my fiance ended up not liking. Custom made let me return the original ring and start again from scratch at no cost. The cost of that ring was applied to the new one and We ended up with the perfect ring! Unmatched customer service!”

“I'm a college student and I appreciated the style of CustomMade because it allowed me to work with them over a semester when I didn't have time to visit a jewelry store. “From start to finish, the entire process was thorough and smooth. Every member of the team was attentive and well informed about their phase of the process. Any questions I had, whether they were about sketches, the main stone, the accents, etc. were answered. I was skeptical at first going with a company I wasn’t familiar with to design a unique piece of jewelry, but in the end, I have zero regrets. I was also concerned initially with how much a custom ring might cost, but to my surprise I didn’t think it was bad at all. I’m very much looking forward to my proposal in the coming weeks, and that is largely in part due to my excitement over showing my soon-to-be-fiancé her custom ring. Incredible experience all around and highly recommend them to anyone looking to create a one of a kind piece of jewelry.”

“I am so in love with my class ring. It is beautiful and so much better than I could have thought. Yes, I did design the ring from start to finish, but having it in person made it so much better than any picture or rendering. The whole process was amazing. I did go through a period of doubt during the design process, but any doubt I ever had has been vanquished. I want to clarify that my doubt had nothing to do with the team or the reviews, but only my own doubt of I can't hold this and fully imagine it on my hand. Upon receiving the ring, my initial impression of seeing the ring was it was smaller than expected, but having worn it every day for over a week, I can safely say that any bigger would have been too big. I just want to say to Seth, Raf, and Janine, thank you so much for your prompt communication, explaining things easily for me and working with me when I would go back and forth on different specifications. I so appreciate the care y'all took. To everyone else whose names I don't know that made my ring come to life, thank you for your expertise and time. I love the outcome of my ring and the price comparison from the university-recommended rings was very similar. The reasons I wanted a custom ring were so I could have red stones in mine and they wouldn't allow it, and I was able to create a ring that is very similar to my mom's. I cannot say enough great things about this company or the ring. I will say over and over how happy I am with this ring!”
