“The ring is beautiful and the team was accommodating throughout the process of designing. Never had a problem when I asked for revisions through the iterative process of making the ring perfect. With that, they refused to provide documentation of the stone purchased and required me to correct them on a number of items prior to shipping. All in all the design process was great but the final documentation has been a challenge.”

“My husband of almost 50 years lost his wedding band a few months ago. He has always taken it off before working in the shop. Even with business travel he never lost it until this summer. We were both devastated and didn’t know who would duplicate it successfully, as it was not a simple plain band. After lengthy research we decided to give CustomMade a try. I have to say, I have not been one to jump on the’shop online’ bandwagon, so I was Really nervous about trusting an online out of state jeweler. They were so attentive I felt like they were holding my hand through the entire journey. I highly recommend CustomMade for any jewelry need!”

“Finally getting that legacy ring for my wifey was a great experience with CustomMade. The team easily handled the challenge of designing a ring with 8 birthstones, while also helping to capture the spirit of the day we got engaged in the metal design. The knowledge of everyone throughout the design stage made stone selection a breeze, the hand drawn design concept was a nice touch, and the computer rendered proof was nearly identical to the finished product. The entire team was professional and their communication was exceedingly prompt. The finished product met or exceeded nearly every expectation amd the cost was extremely fair for a real, one of a kind, custom ring.”

“I’ve ordered 2 custom rings for my sons. Bothe came out great. With the 2nd ring there were some flaws with the finished product, but they resolved it quickly and now it looks great. They are very fast and do quality work.”

“This has been such a good experience for me! I went in not sure of what I wanted, only that I wanted a blue gem and that I loved the look of nature inspired engagement rings. The team led me through the design process and let me try many different combinations until I was completely happy with how the ring looked, and then they created the ring of my dreams! It is so beautiful, and it is exactly what I was looking for even though I didn't know what I wanted at the beginning. I am so excited to wear this ring for many years to come!”

“I couldn’t be happier with my custom made necklace. Everyone that assisted me in this process was extremely helpful, professional and really brought my vision to life. They kept me informed throughout every single step of the process and constantly checked in to see if I was happy with how it was looking. I sent them a couple of sketches for what I wanted this necklace to look like and they took me through all the different possibilities of what they could do from the material, size, texture, pricing.. not a single detail was left untouched. The delivery was very fast and packaged very securely which I was relieved about. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough and I would definitely go through them again.”

“Honestly, I can't think of better design company to get my engagement and wedding band. This process was extremely well done and personal. Everyone was patient and kind from design of the concept all the way through to completion. And especially the completion process as unforseen life events took place CustomMade remain patient and continued to check in. This entire process has been a blessing and enjoyment. Sidenote- Wifey absolutely LOVES the engagement ring and has made everyone at her job jealous so thanks for the extra brownie points”

“I was unsure about using Custom Made when I first discovered them via online searches for a custom wedding ring, but the process was smooth, friendly, attentive, and satisfactory the entire way through. “I was very impressed with the product and the company. Their team(s) worked with me every step, from the design aspect to the actual finished product. The production team kept me appraised of where my ring was at the production from 3d model to the tree mold.
