“I was hesitant at first when I found this company and started the process of building an engagement ring. All of my worries were gone by my first interaction with the Custom Made team. They took time to answer all my questions, showed me multiple designs and 3D models, and truly made this project amazing. “The process was pretty easy and they helped facilitate each step of the process explaining everything as we began each step. The facilitators were knowledgeable and helpful providing feedback and advise when needed or wanted. Honestly with no experience with custom jewlery they made it really easy and I think the price was reasonable. The only feedback I would say even as an engineer that deals with CAD a lot I didn't actually think about the size of the ring. Having some size references would help visualize the band size.”

“This experience of designing my own rings for my girlfriend was amazing, I absolutely loved it and I already know she is going to love them too! Very professional but also personal and most of all fun! ^-^ Everyone that I've spoken with from Custommade was so friendly and super helpful. Also the service was lightning fast but I could take all the time I needed. The only reason that I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the two Brazilian Paraiba Tourmaline accent stones could be in better condition/similar condition. One is a lot darker and less neatly cut, the other shines a lot more. But, I already knew that it was very difficult to even obtain these accent stones, it was a whole journey to get them hahaha! So I'm super happy I actually get to have these Brazilian Pairaba Tourmalines in the piece! :D Thank you all so so much! ⁠ You made Nikki & me incredibly happy :3 ♡”

“I actually had no idea what I was getting myself into when I started designing my own ring for my future fiancé. I googled for custom designs and decided to click on CustomMade. In my experience, it started very quickly and I was in control over the entire period, they gave me multiple different options at each point and responses were quick and informative. I never really felt overwhelmed during the process and Im very happy with how my ring and my experience turned out. I would totally use this team again if I ever needed to. 5/5”
