“Immaculate customer support and collaboration. Artists interpreted my visions for the pieces skillfully, and equally adept metal crafters brought them to life in a literal sense. I felt very comfortable for every step of the whole process, assured that my project was in good hands. “They are true to their word. I was slow making decisions and they were very patient and made sure my piece was exactly what I wanted. Each person I dealt with explained the process very simply and I was notified of every step to keep me informed.”

“I thought I was sending them an "odd" project. I wanted to award some of my employees for their 9th anniversary with my company. I was reluctant to purchase something like a custom ring online, but once I made the initial contact, the process was seamless. Sales to design, design to manufacturing, and then manufacturing to shipping was a great experience. They pass you down step by step and the whole project probably didn't take over 1 hour. They notify you when every step is ready and you simply follow along. I knew what the rings were going to look like before they made them. I will more than likely be making all of my jewelry purchases from CustomMade from now own.”

“After working with CustomMade and receiving the completed ring in the mail, I can't imagine finding an engagement ring any other way. They considered every piece of input I provided and even custom-cut the center stone. When I showed my friends the final design, they said they could really see Lilika in the ring. Every detail of the design reflects her style and fits her energy. And now that she's wearing it, the ring truly looks like it was made for her. The design team did a fantastic job and I'm grateful that they were able to create the ring that my future wife is excited to wear for the rest of her life.”

“My experience was great! The team members I dealt with were responsive to my questions, receptive of any change requests I had and they gave great experience based feedback on what would look best for my piece. There was no pressure to have answers/ideas immediately, and as the concept neared completion/production they were on top of their game with ensuring I understood any and all potential issues (I.e., I ordered a 9mm ring, and it was suggested that I size up 1/2 a size. Which fit my partner perfectly!). The piece looks better than I imagined and my partner LOVES the final product. As this was a surprise, I couldn’t get direct feedback/ideas from him, but I felt like the team I worked with did a great job at answering any questions I had and really took the stress out of a surprise of this nature.”

“So I ordered a stone from the team, in a unique design. I sent over the design idea I was looking for and the team created a beautiful creation. The shipping was fast and the communication between the company and I, was flawless. When the stone arrived I have a few issues with the center stone and expressed my disappointment. I was flabbergasted when the team offered to recreate my stone, (customer cutting and all) to make it right. I sent my ring back, and the team created exactly what I was looking for. The shipping is very rapid, and arrived exactly as I wanted. I couldn't recommend these guess enough. Thank you so much to, Eula, Nikhil, Raf, and Sonny!”

“My fiancee absolutely loves her ring. In the end, that's all that mattered. I would describe CustomMade as an excellent tool for someone who already has what they're looking for at least somewhat in mind, or at least has good enough taste to make it happen. The folks at CustomMade are very affirming, and I'd hesitate to say that if you have bad taste, you'll still get a good ring. That said, if you're willing to put in the time, put up with some headaches, and persevere, they'll stick by you until you have exactly what you're looking for. Pretty amazing, all things considered.”

They have a great team of people who will create the most elegant ring at an affordable price! I highly recommend custom made for any custom rings you won’t regret your decision. “Honestly, if you’re looking for the right place to get an engagement ring, look no further than Custom Made My experience with them was nothing short of amazing, and I’m so glad I chose them to create the perfect ring for my fiancée. They were super prompt with everything, from answering my initial queries to getting the ring ready. There were absolutely no delays, and in fact the ring was ready earlier than expected. It made the whole process stress-free and enjoyable! I can’t rave enough about the quality of the ring. Every detail was spot on – the diamond, the setting, everything! It’s clear these guys are passionate about what they do and are total pros at it. My fiancée was over the moon when she saw the ring. She absolutely loves it and hasn’t stopped showing it off! Interacting with everyone at Custom Made was a breeze. They were super helpful, patient, and just downright cool. They listened to what I was looking for, offered great advice, and helped me pick out the perfect piece. “It is the place you would like to come to for a bespoke customized ring. The service was excellent and the team members working on my project was extremely patient even if I made quite a few changes along the way. It is definitely going to be more expensive getting your ring here but it will be exactly what you are looking for. I opted for an asymetrical centre piece of 3 different gems: aquamarine, sapphire and amethyst and had a queer request on the specificity of the carat (to symbolize my bday, my partner's and my dog's). That search for a specific carat gem (an uncommon request I reckon) took awhile but Nikhil the gem expert was very patient with me. I got to thank May who helped with the design as well as I made some design changes along the way and she had to render it for a few times until I was happy with the look. I havent got the ring as it is with my fiance but just in photo I thought it looks very pretty. Came in a nice packaging too. Unfortunately they do not work with titanium ring so I made my fiance's bands elsewhere (he prefers a lightweight ring). For people outside USA, do have to note on the tax when importing the ring. I totally forgot about it and my fiance was asked to pay a 680pound tax on the spot by UPS and was frantically trying to get the payment through with the courier man waiting outside my door.”
