“Highly recommend this company. The design team was fantastic in helping me put on paper the idea that I had in my head. Every department on the customer service side is incredibly responsive (always same day response even on weekends). Stated deadlines were met and if a deadline was not going to be met, they communicated that early and clearly.”

“They were really great honestly, I gave them such a complex design and they really got it together and helped me out! The pricing wasn’t bad and they were kind enough to hold the ring to finish the payment. There was no rushing at all! It really want something special and unique then this is the place to go”

“This is my 6th piece of jewelry I have had commissioned with customMade. I could not recommend them enough. They make the design process so easy and its exciting to see your project come to life. Build time is only a couple of weeks once the design process is complete. I will be using them again for sure.”

“I am very particular and can be difficult to deal with due to how precise I am. Outstanding customer service and the ring is gorgeous. If I could change anything it would be to offer steel and/or resin copy rings to purchases for those of us who don't want to wear our precious metal jewelry to dangerous locations, but still want the memories these rings provide to us.”

“At first I was thrown off by the price worried that maybe it wouldn't turn out quite right. I was very disproven on this as they made sure my necklace was absolutely perfect to how I wanted it and if there were any issues or I didn't like something about just to simply tell them and we'd work together to create my perfect necklace. The price is high but is very well worth it and I couldn't be happier with the final result, if you're looking for good quality and service then Custom Made will absolutely fulfill that.”

“We designed a family signet ring. Everyone loves it. Since then, we have lost a few of them and it has been easy to replace. Not the cheapest piece of jewelry but worth every penny! I strongly recommend Custom Made”

“I was skeptical at first, whoever heard of getting an engagement ring online? They were amazing, I was informed and updated often, nothing happened without my approval or knowledge beforehand. The ring I got is absolutely beautiful and exactly as imagined, I will definitely be using them again for any jewelry I'd like made.”

“I can't say enough about my experience with Custom Made! The customer service is out of this world! When I submitted the design I wanted, the rendering needed a few tweaks from my perspective. But not a problem they said. I have my two cents on what I was wanting tweaked, and they implemented my ideas. The final product, which was a mirrored image of my family's coat of arms, turned out to be absolutely stunning! I would definitely recommend Custom Made for anyone looking to have that special piece created that you can cherish and pass down through your children and their children!”

“I have a metal allergy and the only thing I can wear is platinum. When I started looking at college class rings, they were very limited and generic, and I wanted something that would be completely unique. Custom Made was amazing to work with from the beginning! Each person I talked to was so polite and kind and walked me through each step from the beginning, with me giving them a vague idea of what I wanted for the finished product of a unique class ring with a Lord of the Rings design! I will order from them in the future and tell everyone I can about the amazing ring they created for me! Thank you Custom Made for creating something so beautiful for me!”
