It was a truly seamless concierge-level service, that was so informational, communicative, and instructional throughout the entire process. The team took their time to help and instruct and guide through every step. They were extremely patient with me while I took a lot longer than I expected to really get my ideas out, and in the end they delivered the perfect ring. “Custom Made came thru with flying colors. I wanted to give my son the same mold ring I purchased for my graduation back in 92 but unfortunately, the company no longer existed. Custom Made was able to make a replica of the ring. My son was ecstatic and I am eternally grateful. Thank you all at Custom Made.”

“WOW! That’s how I’ll start this review! Many websites have overwhelming amounts of choices while the brick and mortar stores are super high priced and commission driven. I didn’t know what I was getting into when I found your site because nobody referred me, I was just shopping around the internet for a center stone. Well, I fell down the rabbit hole and I can’t say how AMAZING you folks have been. As picky as I had to be, you folks jumped at every opportunity to make my experience better, memorable, and special to me. You guys really mean it when you say “OK isn’t good enough!” The pieces I received are absolutely stunning, and I can’t wait to give them to her. You will have pics and video very soon!!! “I am impressed with the service they provide. The ring I was looking for was so specific and different but they helped me realize my dream and were very detailed and friendly in every part of the process. They worked quickly, efficiently and kept in constant contact with me. They didn't stop until I was satisfied with the result, which wasn't difficult because they are truly amazing. I thank Mikha, Ken, Bridgette, Rafa, Chermalyn and everyone who worked on this very special project for me. I will never forget the moment I received the ring, the package is so beautiful and the extra gift of the kit is very thoughtful and special. “I ordered a 3D necklace pendant through CustomMade with a tight deadline. Within hours of submitting a photo of the logo I wanted to be turned into the necklace, I had a computer rendering electronically delivered. I made 2 requests for subtle changes before ultimately deciding the original rendering was ideal, and all the response times, communication tone and guidance were OUTSTANDING. After paying the deposit the CM team got to work on my piece and kept me in the loop throughout every stage of manufacturing, including giving descriptions of just how my necklace was being made. The end result is truly incredible and exceeded every expectation I had for such a small and intricate piece of jewelry. They took my quasi-basic idea and added a truly artistic touch, all while delivering this important present over a week ahead of schedule. If I need custom jewelry at any point in the future, CustomMade will be the only company I will look to. I've included the logo, rendering, and final product in the pictures. The level of finishing (polished raised areas/satin recessed) is much more apparent in person on the actual pendant.”
