“My wife and I got our wedding rings made here and the process was very smooth. We loved the designs and those who helped us were very kind and were not pushy about anything. I decided to come back and get her a necklace made 3 years later and was pleased that I had another wonderful experience.”

“I had never heard of CustomMade, this was a company my partner found, and after we both have been through the whole process with their team we recommend them to everybody looking for an engagement ring! I was in contact with several people before we received the finished piece and each team member was an absolute delight. They always had resources ready to review and were very receptive to feedback, it truly felt like anything was possible with our design. It's hard to trust any online store with a big purchase like this but CustomMade took away any anxieties we had and we were both SO happy with our designs. They're the best!”

“All told the fabrication took several weeks from design to delivery. They were in constant contact with me with where my project was in the crafting process. It was fun to be able to design my own jewelry and see it come to life, from rough sketch on a piece of paper to around my wife's neck.”

“The Custom Made team was incredibly helpful I wanted a recreation of a pendant that belonged to my mother and with a single photo they were able to generate accurate digital mock ups, offer me a range of prices based on the materials, size and speed of production and communicated with me throughout the process so that I knew where my project was and when I could expect delivery. “His Perspective: I approached CustomMade with an ambitious ring design in mind, and they blew my expectations out of the water! From day one, the customer experience through chat with specialists was superb. I was given excellent insight, recommendations, and direction for the perfect engagement ring. CustomMade provided me with multiple iterations of design sketches, always taking my design change requests seriously. After the initial sketch was settled on, they walked me through the process of choosing which type of metal and gemstone for the ring, providing me with multiple options at varying price points so that I could make the best choice for me. All this work was done before asking me for any deposit, and then only a small (~2% total cost) deposit to proceed to the 3-D rendering phase. During the 3-D rendering, I was presented with an initial model that I wasn't happy with, and provided them some feedback, which they took without issue and updated their proposed model. After the second model, I gave them even more feedback (getting a little nit-picky at this point), after which they updated the model to the final version, which was everything I wanted. At no point did they not take my feedback seriously and provide an updated design within a few days. After the 3-D model was finalized, I made a 50% total cost deposit, and they moved forward with creating the ring by 3-D printing the mold, then casting the ring using the mold. After the ring was complete, they sent high quality photos of the ring to me and made sure I was satisfied with the final product, after which I paid the remaining ~50% total cost and the ring was 2-day shipped to me. After receiving the ring, they have a policy of returning the ring if you are unsatisfied in any way, so they can make any adjustments needed. I am taking them up on a ring resizing, but other than that, the ring is beautiful and turned out better than I had hoped. 10/10 would recommend! Her Perspective: As soon as I saw the ring I knew it was different, it was special and made specifically for me. The first thing I said (after saying yes!) was, where did you get this amazing ring?! It wasn’t like anything I had seen before, yet I knew it was for me. Finding out about the detailed process that went into making my ring is indescribable - knowing that my partner didn’t just take the “easy route” (going to the mall and picking out a pre-made ring), he took months working with jewelry professionals to craft a one-of-a-kind ring. However, a new issue arose - the ring is too big! I was quickly assured that making sure the ring is perfect is part of their guarantee, and that it will be easily resized and made exactly for me and my size - giving me the ease of mind that perfecting the ring and quickly and easily be done. I cannot recommend this experience enough - I am obsessed with my engagement ring!”

“Friendly, informative, comprehensive and overall great customer service! Great artists and sketch writers. Absolutely loved everything about the process of putting my concept together with specialists and experts in the field. And the end result has been even better than I had expected. I had unfortunately, and perhaps somewhat naively, not counted on the steep transport fees and taxes for getting my piece from the U.S. to Belgium. Which is an experience and a knowledge that, perhaps, the next European customer could benefit from when considering the total price tag. But that's been a "me" problem more than anything. Thank you for your time and dedication!”
