“Admittedly I was skeptical of this process, considering it happens all remote and online. I was wrong. This process was enjoyable,informative and stress free. This team made be feel welcome and accpmdates always even when I continually we wanted a different design, and don't really have a vision or goal in mind. The end result is stunning.”

“The process, as a whole, was positive and very easy. The design team was great to work with and their ability to make what I wanted come through in the piece was impeccable. So much so, my now fiancé described her ring verbatim to how I described what I wanted to the team. However, the wait time between responses was quite frustrating. The overall length of the process probably could have been shortened by over a week had the replies to my messages been a little more timely. I acknowledge the fact that the company is, undoubtedly, very busy and the process takes time, however, replies could’ve been more timely.”

“The team at custom-made were kind and trustworthy. Making sure that all my details to the ring where exactly how I want it. They work with me into all my creative designs as well as being patient while I reviewed or waited for a payment. The ring arrived within two or three days after the completion of the ring and I was informed during the working of the ring.”

“Awesome team. I looked around for months for a company that could cater to my specific designs for a ring, because I needed something that no jewelry company like Shane or Jeryd would make normally. CustomMade went above and beyond for me and was very patient with my alterations throughout the sketch and molding process. Cant recommend enough if you actually care about what youre giving your loved ones.”

“The whole process was a breeze, I had a very tight deadline since I was going on a trip and needed the ring, the team was extremely comprehensive and diligent. Not only did I get my ring sooner than expected but they took every precaution to ensure it was exactly what I envisioned, making multiple revisions and answering all my questions throughout the process. Fantastic experience throughout, very knowledgeable team and extremely happy with the results. Have yet to propose so don’t have my SO reaction yet but I think she’ll love it!”

“Custom made were amazing from start to finish, with the ring made for me exactly to my expectations and style. Nothing was too much or not possible. Even going for an intricate design, with specific sized stones was not enough to trip them up. I'd highly recommend them, and as a bonus the finished ring was 1/2 the cost of simalar styles in the UK”

“The ring is gorgeous and even more beautiful than what I could have hoped. There was an issue with delivery, UPS delivered at the wrong address, but the team tracked it down and had it shipped to me right away. I will update once I propose in about 20 days.”

“Amazing! They walked me through the whole process for my husband's ring, it's one of a kind and really well made. He loves it. The design process is really thorough and then it gets delivered right to your house, you don't have to go to a jewelry store or anything. It was also nice knowing that if anything went wrong it would be fixed since they are so responsive throughout the whole process. Will def be ordering from here again.”

“CustomMade was great! I had been looking at engagement rings for a couple of weeks and had lots of ideas on what I wanted, but couldn't find the perfect ring. CustomMade made it super easy. I was able to provide ideas from my Pinterest and a description of what I wanted, and they did all the rest. The final price was under budget and they kept my updated each step of the way. We received the ring and it is perfect!”

“Fist of all, I was expecting one or two people to work on this project, not a whole team of people. Each is specialized in their field be it design, metallurgy, or gemology. They have knowledgeable and friendly staff that are ready to assist with any modifications. I purchased an engagement ring and wedding band. They took minor ideas and a sketch and turned it into exactly what I wanted.”
