“I'm so overwhelmingly impressed and happy with Custommades work. They were extremely patient with me changing plans, revised things as needed, put effort into every detail down the to what type of diamonds would be best. And best of all they worked with my tight budget! My fiancé cried (which is rare for her) seeing the ring which made me so happy to see her in love with it. I also appreciated the frequent updates, including the details of the whole process. I would recommend Custommade to ANYONE looking for a meaningful personalized piece and I'm grateful for their team”

“Had a custom wedding band made for my husband to be. He loves the band! They were able to take aspects from multiple other bands he had liked, and combine it into one. Quality is great, the finish is great and the whole process was quite easy! Being able to write back and forth and having everything in one spot was great. Shipping was very fast for me to get to Canada! It was only 2 days to get here and we love that!”

“It was a great experience from start to finish! The people are helpful, knowledgeable, and quick to respond to any suggestions or questions I had. I got the rush shipping because we wanted to move the engagement up, and it was so fast I could have moved the engagement up even earlier! “I was browsing the internet to find a unique looking ring for my husband when I found this website. What a find!! We, their expertise and my ideas, created a ring that will be an heirloom in my family. Each stage of the process was explained as they tweaked the design based on my input. Each person I spoke with was professional and kept me updated so I never wondered what was happening. The turnaround time was surprising short; I found an option in my price range; but the experience of being part of the creation was so interesting and made the piece that much more special. If you're looking for that one-of-a-kind ring, then give CustomMade a try. It was a fun experience!!”

“Love the outcome of our family crest rings. We ordered 3 back in 2018 and the result was incredible, which is why we came back again to order a 4th one. The service was super quick since they still had our design on file and could reuse it. The quality of the ring is immaculate. No question, we will be back in the future!”
