“This project was on a swift and easy task The ring is everything I wanted for my girl and more, I wouldn’t trust anybody else to make my wedding band in the future. If you want your ring done right go here, especially if you don’t wanna be generic.”

“My husband and I could not find the "perfect" wedding ring set. We looked everywhere- online and in-person, in and out of state. Nothing. After a google search, I researched CustomMade. I submitted an inquiry and began discussing my project/vision with the company. They worked with me in creating the perfect wedding set for myself and my husband. There was no charge to start the process and CustomMade was very responsive to my ideas, suggestions and change requests. I was communicated with throughout the entire process- but, not in a pushy way at all! Once my design was perfected, I paid my deposit and my rings went into production! The final payment was not due until my rings were complete and photographed for my approval! I was worried about the price of such a wonderful service- it wasn't a concern! We found CustomMade to be very reasonable and even better priced than some of the pieces we had looked at in stores. And it was OUR design! Not a cookie cutter piece that others might be walking around with on their fingers- uniquely ours! I highly recommend CustomMade and can't say enough positive things about our experience!”

“I got a custom engagement ring designed for my, now fiancé, and the whole process was easy and straightforward. The ring they designed was exactly what I imagined and was trying to describe to them during the design process. My fiancée has been wearing it for about a month now and she loves it. I still catch her admiring it almost everyday. I highly recommend CustomMade for your engagement ring. I will be going back to them for our wedding bands too!”

“CustomMade really does have the top notch service and product that they claim to have. My girlfriend soon to be fiancé just gave me photos as inspiration and I added a few personal touches to the beautiful sketches and 3D renders they made for me. Their responses were kind and timely. They were very understanding of the changes I wanted to make and completely transparent on the production process and any issues that came up.”

“CustomMade, from my engagement ring design (dare I say first and last), was outstanding from start to finish. Experience with all the staff, from the initial designers to the diamond selection team, was completely professional, helpful, extremely patient throughout the entire process. If I needed to delay something or had any issue, they were very understanding, never applying heavy pressure, and willing to adapt at a moment's notice. They were aboveboard and upfront about pricing, didn't hide any information, and always explained every step of the way succintly and clearly. I felt good about what I was doing, and they helped make the experience less stressful and a much more thoughtful journey. I would recommend CustomMade to anyone wanting to create an authentic, unique, original expression of love for the love of their life.”

“I did an unhealthy amount of research so believe me when i say custommade is the way to go the only complaints people have are usually over their trash deaigns because they made my ring EXACTLY how i imagined in my head and i am very meticulous”

“After a few unsuccessful attempts to find a ring for my fiancé in store, I decided to give CustomMade a try - and I'm so glad I did! The team was super patient with me through the design and gem procurement phases (~2 months). They were always willing to answer my questions and work with me to tweak the design. Even with me being indecisive and slowing down the process, I was still able to get the ring by my planned proposal date. The end result is a ring that is unique to my fiancé that she absolutely loves! I couldn't recommend them more.”

“The entire team at Custom Made is excellent as is the finished product. It is incredible that it was possible to take my idea for a 50th wedding anniversary ring, my rudimentary drawing and basic design parameters, go through their process and produce a ring that is better than I had imagined. Every step in their process makes you more confident that they understand what you desire to accomplish. All the members of my design team were dedicated to ensuring that I was happy before going to the next step in the manufacturing process. I never felt pressured or hurried to make a decision. They all were professional, friendly and extremely creative. Their attention to detail is superb and it shows. This ring is unique, it is what I wanted and it is beautifully crafted. My thanks for making this dream become a reality. I'm proud to say you all will be forever joined to us as we celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary.”
