“This is a project that I've been wanting to do for years. Up until I found custom-made I wasn't really sure that it was ever going to be done. The idea of having a family ring that will go from generation to generation has always been a super appealing idea to me, but finding a affordable custom jewelry place that was willing to work with my family crest was very difficult where I live. Custom-made had no issue with my design and in fact surpassed All my expectations for it. I look forward to creating another piece with them and experiencing their wonderful customer service once again.”

“I’ll be honest—I was really hesitant to use a custom ring company, especially one that operates entirely online. There’s always that little voice in the back of your head wondering, Is this legit? Am I about to make a really expensive mistake? But after working with CustomMade, I can confidently say that this was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. From the very beginning, the communication was top-notch. I started with a simple idea, but as time went on, I kept tweaking it. And tweaking it. And tweaking it. If you’re indecisive like me, don’t worry—CustomMade will stick with you every step of the way. I probably changed my design at least 10 times during the sketch phase because I wanted the perfect Lord of the Rings-inspired engagement ring for my future wife. Not once did they rush me or make me feel like I was being difficult. They actually encouraged me to keep fine-tuning things until I was completely happy. When we moved to the 3D design phase, they were just as patient, offering suggestions and helping me make adjustments. At one point, I even used AI to help design certain elements, and I worried it would be too complicated. But they assured me they could make it happen—and they did. Then came the production phase. This is the part where you put down money and hope for the best. And let me tell you, they absolutely knocked it out of the park. What really impressed me, though, was how they handled an issue that came up. Instead of just shipping the ring out and hoping I wouldn’t notice, they caught a problem themselves, sent it back for adjustments, and let me know right away. That level of honesty is rare. Even after the first revision, there was a small design flaw, and instead of making excuses or trying to convince me it was “good enough,” CustomMade went back to the drawing board and had it redone by another jeweler. They could have cut corners at any point, but they didn’t. They stayed committed to making sure my ring was exactly what I envisioned. Now that I have the finished ring in my hands, I can say without hesitation—it was worth every single penny. Yes, the price was on the higher end, but this is a completely one-of-a-kind piece. And after everything CustomMade did for me, I have zero regrets. If you’re on the fence about working with them, take it from me: you won’t find a better company for custom jewelry. They’re patient, honest, and ridiculously talented. I’ll forever be grateful for the experience they gave me—and for helping me bring my dream ring to life”

“I would recommend CustomMade to anyone looking for a ring! My experience was amazing! I knew nothing about rings and how to go about getting one for my girlfriend and they helped me through every step. Not only did they help educate me on all there is to know about rings and everything that goes into designing one but they were also very kind and professional throughout the whole process. “Custom made helped get the ring she envisioned without having her know. They walked me through the entire process and gave me designs and 3d images. The ring was amazing quality and true to size. I would say these guys are very affordable and did exactly what they said they were going to do!”

“100% worth it!!! I can say with absolute confidence and certainty that I got exactly what I wanted for my future husband’s wedding band! He got my engagement ring from Custom Made as well, so they made sure to assign the same artist to my project so our rings could coordinate really well. I feel like most online places would not even think of that; they are professional and personable all the way through the process. I never imagined that anyone could make such an epic piece of jewelry out of a men’s wedding band. “My partner and I were thrilled to work with your team on a custom-made engagement band and appreciated the attention to detail during the design process. Unfortunately, we encountered an issue when the custom-cut gem turned out larger than expected, leading to the creation of a completely different ring shape from what we had originally signed off on. This resulted in a nearly three-month delay. Thankfully, my partner had already proposed with another ring, so we didn’t have to wait to celebrate our engagement while the issue was resolved. “I fell in love with a super cheap $5 ring. I looked around and found CustomMade to make the ring using platinum and a sapphire. They did amazing work, they took the picture of the ring and added some beautiful flourishes to the band. It is absolutely perfect, and I love my new statement piece.
