“After wearing beautiful wedding rings for 34 years and wearing nothing on my right hand from a divorce 20 years, I decided to purchase and design my own engagement ring. As to marry myself, wonderfully exciting. Custom made has gone beyond and above expectations. I loved getting to choose a natural gemstone opposed to a lab created. Thank you”

“Very helpful team for a clueless customer like me They were great. I've never bought jewelry for my wife before but I took a photo of something that I found on TV and they walked me through the process. They were patient as I was going back and forth between design options. They also helped me make decisions that I wasn't sure about like which type of gold, how long a chain, etc. They were also very responsive, writing me back within a day or even just hours. In the end, I paid and got the necklace. It was all straightforward, even for an amateur like me!”

“Can't praise this company enough. I got 3 rings from Custommade. 1 engagement ring and 2 wedding bands. The staff at Custommade kept me updated on the production of the ring from making the ring to it getting on m doorstep. They helped me pick out stones, ring metal, and anything else to make sure I had the ring I would fall in love with. This company doesn't ghost you or leave you hanging about information, tracking, etc. Custommade made sure I was pleased with the ring before they shipped it to me. Again, I can't thank/ praise them enough. Thank you so much custom-made.”

“The process was streamline and my requests were understood. I never felt like my issues were trivial. We had some issues with UPS but it was not customs fault. The only request I would make is the ability to pick your shipping company. < I didn't ask if this was a option > if it is make this a 5 star review”

“I had a great time choosing the custom ring for my engagement here. Every little detail came out so perfect and I was able to approve every change. “The impressive part of the whole experience was communication. Each phase of the process is assigned to a specific person who will keep you informed of their progress. You have several opportunities to view the design before production begins. Once production begins, the final product is ready for review giving you the opportunity to make any minor changes before shipping. I received my ring within the time stated and was very satisfied with the results. You will not be disappointed in the results.”
