“Working with Custom Made was quite easy and comfortable. They worked with me to get the pieces I wanted created. It really is amazing to see the physical product created from your imaginings. The process took a couple months but getting all the details just right was worth the wait. Would gladly work with Custom Made again and plan to!!”

“I was completely blown away with Custom Made's professionalism and ease of use! I didn't know that custom engagement rings from scratch were even a reasonable option for me with my budget, but I now have a custom ring that is perfectly how I invisioned it. They walked me along every single step of the process, including the sketches from the original designers, all the way to the 3d renders with my stone! The box they shipped in was beautifully branded and had lots of goodies for the proposal. But my favorite part of all is that I was able to design my girlfriend's engagement AND wedding ring at the same time, as well as my own band, and they will save the design until I am ready for the wedding set. I have already recommended their amazing services to a coworker and I can't say enough good things about Custom Made!”

“This company was extraordinary in all aspects of my custom made ring. I had lost my wedding ring which had one half yellow gold and the other white with 3 diamonds in the center. There where swirl engravings on either side. I started by sending them pencil drawing, then after locating several photos of my hand with the ring on, we continued to refine the look of my original ring. Their team worked dilegently and without waiver to accomplish the final product. Although not an exact match to the original lost ring, this team was able to reproduce a 90% copy. I would highly recommend this team of dedicated individuals for their professionalism.”

“CustomMade was a DREAM to work with! My partner lost a very important family heirloom and I worked with the team at CustomMade to recreate it for a wedding gift. I sent over some old and blurry photos and they were able to recreate it perfectly! Janice was the best and the communication was clear throughout the entire process. I can’t say enough wonderful things about the experience, the team, and the final result!”

“Got a custom gold necklace for my girlfriend. I came into it with a rough design idea with an accompanying sketch. The staff at CustomMade were extremely helpful and responsive; they took my concept and sketch and gave me the option to proceed with my original concept or their proposal. I liked their's better, so that's what I went with. Asked my girlfriend after the fact and she said I made the correct choice. It came out looking really nice in the end; she wears it everywhere. I have nothing but good things to say about the process as a whole. A bit expensive (it was made out of gold, after all), but I can honestly say it is the best gift I've ever given someone. It's very satisfying to see her wear it so much too. Suffice to say I would recommend CustomMade if you're considering a custom jewelry project.”

“I ordered my boyfriend’s wngagemwnt ring and I was able to make changes to the design, budget and time frame multiple times! I was guided through their very detailed and well thought out concept and ring designing process and it seemed promising! You get a 3D model of your ring and can evwn get an updated one if you decide on changes for your project! You can get custom engravings and recieve a very pretty ring box. The stones and materials used are legit (I had them checked here in Switzerland where I’m from) and the shipping from the US to CH was less than a week! All in all it is TOTALLY worth it and I can not recommend them enough!”
