“CustomMade helped me make a one of a kind piece for my one of a kind person. Stock off the shelf rings always seemed like a one size fits all solution that really does not fit all. After researching my options CustomMade was the best choice. I was amazed by how flexible, fast, and simple the entire process was from start to finish. At the end it ended up being cheaper than the stock off the shelf ring I was looking at before. Also the custom ring is a one of a kind piece. Overall I will definitely be coming back to design the wedding band with CustomMade, they were able to fit my budget and create a wonderful piece. She said yes! I have no doubt the perfect custom ring assisted as well 😆.”

“This process took me 6 months. I was very meticulous with what I wanted in my ring and never once during that entire process did i feel rushed or as though I was inconveniencing the people at CustomMade. I am over the moon with how my ring turned out. I had difficulty only in seeing the renders and believing my piece would be as delicate as it ended up being (and delicacy was something I was seeking). It's beautiful and everything I asked for, including veining in the leaves on my millwork! I asked for it and was told that the leaves would be too small but they're there, after all! I love it. I can't stop staring at it. I will absolutely order from here again when I want another special piece of jewelry.”

“Custom Made did a fantastic job with my ring. They took a central stone from a gemcutter of my choice, designed a beautiful ring around it based on inspiration ideas I sent them, and allowed me to have tons of say as we went through several rounds of redesign based on my input. The result is an insanely beautiful ring that perfectly fits my Fiancee's personality. Everybody we've talked to, including my extremely traditional and particular grandmother who I thought certainly would comment on it not being diamond, has loved the ring. Will likely use the service again for wedding bands.”

“The CustomMade team were incredibly professional and patient throughout and helped me realise the ring my partner absolutely adores. Whilst like many I had my reservations at first, any doubts were quickly forgotten after the initial stages of consultation. I was blown away with the care and understanding of the design team which gave me confidence that the final product would be everything I hoped for. After the project was completed, international delivery was quick arriving within 7 business days. The mini care package provided was a nice touch however I was much more focused on how fantastic the ring looked in person. Could not be happier. Highly recommend going through CustomMade for your engagement ring needs!”

“The whole team went above and beyond to work with me on a customized pinky ring. Each lead from the jewelry consultant, design lead and production lead kept me informed on each part of the process and estimated time each would take. Even though there was a slight issue in the production process, I was provided the update immediately and had a new estimated date of completion right away. Quality work, effective communication, and top notch customer service! Highly recommend!”

“Communication was very smooth. I was given many different options as well as visual representation of what to expect based on my choices. I was able to make choices based on my budget which was really nice. The entire process was very fast. They told me some times it could take months to work out a good design, but they worked so fast that my order got here BEFORE the date I really wanted it by! All team members were very clear and made sure to confirm everything before having me pay. I will definitely recommend custom made to anyone I meet looking for something they can make.”

“I'm sorry to say that I can no longer in good faith recommend anyone purchase jewelry via CustomMade - something has drastically changed, ?new personnel, without apparently as much training or passion or interest in the job at hand or desire to provide exemplary or even just okay customer service. I'd previously purchased 2 rings and had an absolutely fantastic experience, the rings were unique and there was a lot of care taken by and interest from folks like Czarina and Rosebud. More recently, with my 3rd ring, I've run into problems. In the past, missives to and from staff were extremely timely and re-sizing plans made with ease with appropriate UPS mailing labels provided without any issue. Please find below my last email to CustomMade staff - I received a reply stating that it would be escalated to someone and I would hear back by Tuesday (i.e.., today - I have received no response and don't feel certain that I will, which is very disappointing/baffled based on the stellar past experiences I had). "So I just tried again at another UPS store- was told same thing:/ they said the label I have doesn’t cover any packaging in which the ring would be shipped in. I’m afraid I’ve wasted a lot of time now printing and reprinting the mailing label I received and visiting different UPS stores. Am I not able to have the ring re-sized for free like with the other rings I purchased from CustomMade? Very disappointing if so! Was definitely a big reason why I’ve continued to be a customer. - Please feel free to forward this email chain to managing personnel- I just can’t believe how much more difficult and cumbersome the resizing process has been this 3rd time around (again had no difficulty whatsoever the other times), again super disappointing and an utter timewaster. I live in the city and have sat through traffic to try UPS stores in both Chicago and surrounding suburbs. Not sure what else I can do."”

“The design process was really smooth. All representatives were very attentive and communication with them was very efficient. The team was very willing to give life to the ring idea that I had in mind. Overall, they guided me on every step of the way and delivered on every change and details that I requested. They mean it when they say they will keep working on it until you are 100% happy with the design. In all, I loved the personalized process they offered and I am extremely happy with my piece. The final ring in person was a perfect match to the design renderings we agreed. Outstanding service.”

“My inability to find what I had in mind led me to CM in the first place. And while it may be true that it easier to buy out of the Jeweler's display case, nothing compares to the distinction of having a completely unique, "made-for-you" piece. As I was very specific regarding what I wanted, I was impressed with the extraordinary patience and attention to design detail as well as the subsequent follow up from production. In the end, I opened the package from CM to find that they had captured my vision exactly.”
