“I had an absolutely wonderful experience with CustomMade. From start to finish, their team was incredible—always quick to respond, incredibly helpful, and completely transparent throughout the process. Every request and detail I had in mind for my wedding band was brought to life with precision and care. After struggling to communicate my vision with another jewelry company, working with CustomMade was a breath of fresh air. Everything went smoothly, and I ended up with exactly the ring I wanted—one I’m truly happy to wear for the rest of my life. Even when I made a mistake in measuring my ring size, they handled the adjustment seamlessly. Although I’m from Germany and CustomMade is based in the USA, I couldn’t be happier that I found them. Their dedication to quality and customer service is outstanding, and I’m beyond grateful for their support. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a custom piece of jewelry!”

“The CustomMade process was amazing from start to finish. Everyone I interacted with from design to delivery were professional and courteous. They were responsive to all questions. The ring looks just like the renderings and CAD drawings I was sent. They took my vision and created a one of a kind masterpiece. “After discovering the family Coat of Arms (CoA), an interest grew in obtaining a signet ring that had family meaning. However, not thinking it was possible to turn something as intricate as a CoA into a piece of jewelry, an internet search uncovered Custom Made. As a retired systems/software engineer, Custom Made’s process immediately captured my attention. Their approach helped to formulate a newly found jpeg graphic (see Original CoA) into a concept, leading to a ring face with the CoA and shoulders containing the different charges (see Initial Design). The results of the design exceeded the possibility of obtaining custom jewelry for an acceptable price point. So much so, it raised curiosity to pursue the next step seeing a 3D rendering of the ring. By knowing what was possible in the concept phase, a gemstone was added to the shield and additional moto text was added to the banner (see Final 3D Rendering). The results from production process along with superior craftmanship created a work of art that will be proudly passed down through future generations (see QA Final Product). The Custom Made process helps the customer turn an idea into reality by working with different staffers responsible for their respective concept, design, modeling & production phases. Even though the phases force a lot of communication allowing the ring details to evolve, it’s still possible for small details to get miss represented in the final product. Case in point, the shoulder designs were reversed for this ring during production. Even with the option of having the flaw corrected by reproducing the ring, the final product created by the artisans at Custom Made was overwhelming when seeing a highly intricate design brought to life in 14k gold. The resulting ring has easily withstood daily wear and tear over the past several months (see Worn Product).”

“Everyone was super friendly to work with, they gave updates throughout the process which made me feel secure in where my deposit was going. They were super helpful and flexible if I had any questions or wanted to make adjustments throughout the process. My now fiancée absolutely adores her new engagement ring and was so touched that I went with a custom option vs traditional store options. I can’t thank the designers enough for the I help in brining my vision to life through the sketches and the crafters for making it into a reality.”

“My experience with CustomMade was incredible! My Project Manager was very informative, knowledgeable, and effective with her skill set to capture the design of our engagement set and bring it to life! She was extremely patient when working with me and my not-so-clear or seemingly "made-up" adjectives and descriptions for what I was trying to convey about the design of our set. CustomMade provides a lot of resources to become an educated buyer/designer, but it truly is the personal approach of their Project Manager's that make this process a true delight! My Project Manager never seemed like a stranger - but rather; a long lost friend who had the ability to interpret the image and design I had manifested in my head...a truly incredible experience!”

“The team at CustomMade was absolutely incredible! The proceeds that they walk you through makes the stress and pressure of finding the perfect ring completely disappear. I personally had an amazing team that helped me every step of the way. From designing to picking out a stone, I was never lost or stressed.
