“I came to the team with an idea for a necklace, and they helped me not only design the perfect necklace, but design a complimentary ring set. The entire process was fast, professional, and convenient. Every question or hesitation I had, the CustomMade team made sure to talk me through each part until I was satisfied. All three pieces they designed for me came out BEAUTIFULLY. I couldn't be happier with the quality and look of all of my jewelry. I will absolutely be returning for any further jewelry dreams. “I stumbled upon Custom Made while searching for an engagement ring with an unusual stone. I wasn’t thinking of designing something from scratch at the time, but I’m so glad I ended up doing so. My soon-to-be wife LOVES her ring and get compliments on it constantly. (She also loves that I had a hand in designing it.) Having Custom Made craft a matching wedding band was a foregone conclusion at that point, and I was again blown away with the results. I can’t wait to come back to them for future anniversaries. Worth every penny.”

“I appreciate the work ethic and efficiency of the entire team. From the first day to the arrival date I was impressed with how often I was updated about my project and when I had a question there was only a brief time for my questions to be answered. The ring is stunning and I know that Tirzah is going to love it! I propose on the 19th of April and I am excited to hear what she has to say about the ring...and excited that she says yes...of course ;). You guys truly are amazing and I would love to see videos on your website of the production process sometime! I know that there is a lot of dust and things in the workshop but it would still be interesting to see some of the manufacturing process! Thanks again! I will be sure to add photos of the proposal!”

“I will never use any other store or company for any of my custom jewelry needs. I googled companies to help create the perfect engagement ring and reached out to soo many. CustomMade had such a detailed form that asked so many questions I wasn’t even thinking of! I was contacted in less than 24 hours and my project was started immediately. There was no delays, no lapse in a timely response, and no BS. The CAD designs really allowed me to view exactly what the final product would be. I HIGHLY recommend Custom Made and have no idea why you would even consider using any other company. Thank you CM, my experience was and continues to be truly amazing!!”

“The staff I worked with were very helpful and knowledgeable. They also were very willing to work with me through the changes that I had and worked well with my timeline of getting things together. “CustomMade is amazing. Last year, I lost a en memorandum ring for my older brother who passed in 2020. I was devastated, and hunted high and low for a company who could recreate it from pictures. I finally found CustomMade and they did a perfect job. It’s EXACTLY like the one I lost and I couldn’t be happier. 10/10 would recommend 1000%!”

“The whole experience was very professionally handled. They made sure I got all the exact details I wanted in the piece. I had never ordered anything so expensive or personal online before, so I felt a little unsure about it at first. My concerns were quickly eliminated with the excellent level of communication with the team. The final product is beautiful, exactly as I wanted. “I can not recommend this company enough. The whole process was smooth and the communication throughout the process was impeccable. It was a pleasure working with Perris designing my dream bridal set. It came out beyond gorgeous and better than we expected. We will be back to order his wedding band when the time comes.”
