“Had them make a custom piece of our Family Shield for a necklace. They showed me all the things they were capable of with adding coloring, engraving and textures. Discussed with me the advantages and disadvantages of each option and experiences they had with each. Really helped me with picture renderings and of my options to help me see what my project would look like. Great experience and it came out exactly like it showed in the renderings. I was ecstatic and proud of what we created for my family. I even came back 2 years later and had another made for my son so he could have one to pass down to his son. They brought up the original and was able to have it recreated again and any changes if I needed. Excellent customer service!! They provided great communication on what was going on and updates on each step of the process. I will definitely use them again in the future.”

“I'm not a customer who will normally leave reviews on the sites bu. For this company I will Bridget the employee I was talking with throughout the design process was always quick with responding and was very clear with explaining what some charactistics were. The company as a whole was very understanding when I was sorting out funds when payments were due. The only thing I might like to see on this front is an option to pay upfront when the product enters production. Overall was an extremely enjoyable experience highly recommend”

“The CustomMade team was absolutely amazing to work with, taking me through each step methodically and making sure that the engagement ring I picked was exactly what I wanted! I'll be going through them for future purchases and that's saying something considering I'm from Australia and I'm sourcing and American company for my jewellery needs! When the ring got to me I was expected just the ring but I got a lil care package, all this certification I wasn't even expecting to get and the ring in person was more beautiful then the professional photos custom made provides Highly recommend!”

“This project was on a swift and easy task The ring is everything I wanted for my girl and more, I wouldn’t trust anybody else to make my wedding band in the future. If you want your ring done right go here, especially if you don’t wanna be generic.”

“My husband and I could not find the "perfect" wedding ring set. We looked everywhere- online and in-person, in and out of state. Nothing. After a google search, I researched CustomMade. I submitted an inquiry and began discussing my project/vision with the company. They worked with me in creating the perfect wedding set for myself and my husband. There was no charge to start the process and CustomMade was very responsive to my ideas, suggestions and change requests. I was communicated with throughout the entire process- but, not in a pushy way at all! Once my design was perfected, I paid my deposit and my rings went into production! The final payment was not due until my rings were complete and photographed for my approval! I was worried about the price of such a wonderful service- it wasn't a concern! We found CustomMade to be very reasonable and even better priced than some of the pieces we had looked at in stores. And it was OUR design! Not a cookie cutter piece that others might be walking around with on their fingers- uniquely ours! I highly recommend CustomMade and can't say enough positive things about our experience!”

“I got a custom engagement ring designed for my, now fiancé, and the whole process was easy and straightforward. The ring they designed was exactly what I imagined and was trying to describe to them during the design process. My fiancée has been wearing it for about a month now and she loves it. I still catch her admiring it almost everyday. I highly recommend CustomMade for your engagement ring. I will be going back to them for our wedding bands too!”

“CustomMade really does have the top notch service and product that they claim to have. My girlfriend soon to be fiancé just gave me photos as inspiration and I added a few personal touches to the beautiful sketches and 3D renders they made for me. Their responses were kind and timely. They were very understanding of the changes I wanted to make and completely transparent on the production process and any issues that came up.”

“CustomMade, from my engagement ring design (dare I say first and last), was outstanding from start to finish. Experience with all the staff, from the initial designers to the diamond selection team, was completely professional, helpful, extremely patient throughout the entire process. If I needed to delay something or had any issue, they were very understanding, never applying heavy pressure, and willing to adapt at a moment's notice. They were aboveboard and upfront about pricing, didn't hide any information, and always explained every step of the way succintly and clearly. I felt good about what I was doing, and they helped make the experience less stressful and a much more thoughtful journey. “I did an unhealthy amount of research so believe me when i say custommade is the way to go the only complaints people have are usually over their trash deaigns because they made my ring EXACTLY how i imagined in my head and i am very meticulous”
