“When I first started the process, I was hesitant about how it works and how much it would cost me… But then I was introduced to this amazing team of professionals! They have a design expert who really makes your dream ring come to life! The 3D model is honestly almost spot on. Then the diamond expert will find the best diamond at the most reasonable price. Then once your ring is done, shipping is the fastest and you will have it within a day (depending on your location and day of the week of course). Really all I’m trying to say is this is the best company out there that can make you or your other the dream ring you have been wanting. 100000/10 I would recommend them anyone! Thanks Custom Made team!!! You truly made my fiancés dream ring come into life!!! P.S. thanks for the brownie points ;)”

“I had a custom signet made for a member who was retiring after 35 years in the Canadian Armed Forces. Working with CustomMade was easy and seamless. The staff took me through each step of the process and we’re extremely helpful, knowledgeable and quick to respond to any of my inquiries. The site made it easy to upload photos and the threaded chat feature throughout the entire process made it quick and easy to go back and review progress. Through the 3D design process I was able to make tweaks to how the ring was customized before it was fully produced. Shipping was quick however being in canada there was an import fee which the company did let me know could be a possibility. The ring arrived with a certificate of authenticity and lifetime warranty. The member who this ring was given to as a gift was elated with how it turned out. He will forever have this keepsake to recognize a dedicated career.”

They were quick to respond and provide excellent insight to the project, and offered direction when I had no idea what I was looking for. “The staff was very friendly and the quality of the ring is very nice. I just wish that I had been advised to go with a larger (focused) version of the signet so that the wax seal looked better. The fault is mine, but the inclusion of the mantling made the overall image too small to imprint in wax nicely -- not to mention trying to get the wax out of the ring.”

“I was interested in creating a unique designed ring. I found CustomMade online and was exceedingly satisfied throughout the process. Detailed updates, great and friendly staff, no surprises and upfront notification of the amount estimated. The end result was a finely made quality product that I can proudly wear (and can foresee it being passed down generationally). Great company with excellent staff!”

“CustomMade was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout my engagement ring buying process. First, I'd like to say that the ability to design the engagement ring I wanted, to the level of detail and specificity I wanted, could not be found anywhere else. CM's team was patient, available, and never pushed back on any of my requests or comments. They really were there to create my vision. They were also incredibly understanding in the early stages when I was unsure of what to do, or what to create, and they were equally understanding when my timetable changed abruptly and I needed a ring almost 10 months earlier than I thought I would. Hopefully, I'll never have to do this process again, but for anyone else who's thinking of using CM's service: I highly recommend it. For the new generation, I'd also like to say that they were never judgemental and never pushed their own agenda, and I was able to find the most incredible (and perfect) lab-grown diamond through CM.”

“Communication was very thorough and timely. We are very happy with the service provided by CustomMade. We made a mistake with the ring sizes but Carla, Eula and the team supported us wholeheartedly and remade the rings within 2 days to make our deadline. The rings turn out to fit our middle fingers in the end but we have decided to wear them that way. The details are nicely done and the rings are exactly like how we designed it. Thank you so much!”
