“First of all she said yes! Second; You can get a more expensive name brand ring that is far less valuable and unique at retailers, or come to Custom Made for the best ring you could envision for the one you love.”

“I had an exceptional experience working with CustomMade to make my wedding band. I wanted a representation of the tree of life that balanced the branches and the roots.I had an idea and the artists at CustomMade did several iterations that were close but not quite. Finally, I did a sketch and the artists did a perfect, beautiful work of art that eventually became my wedding band. I love it. I cannot recommend CustomMade highly enough!!!”

“A very pleasant experience, with the whole design and process team. Everything was explained and my very comment was taking into consideration. They designed a full ring concept for a deposit and then finished the ring in less then 1.5 months I think. I really enjoyed it being very hands on experience. Thank you very much”

“CustomMade showed me what a comfortable, enjoyable and stress-free jewelry buying experience should be! Really, there are so many points I could rant on about how great these guys are. For one they didn't offer me a desing packed with things so they could reach the maximum of my budget, they went with our tastes, and the piece ended up being almost $1000 cheaper than I had planned to spend at most. Every milestone of the design was accompanied with pictures of how things are done and how they work, and with a 3D Model of our ring. When they say they want to keep their customers happy, comfortable and informed during the whole process, they really mean it. I'll be lauding them on every chance I get, online and to people in my life. Thank you guys!”

“After browsing different sites for several months I chose Custom Made for their many positive reviews and range of work. I was contacted shortly after submitting my family shield, crest and metal selection. The team guided me through the process of selecting the features I wanted and which finish would make the piece stand out. After 3D renderings with a couple of designs narrowed down, we finalized the project sooner than I expected. I received my ring on time and professionally packaged as promised. This is meant to be an heirloom piece and is everything I hoped it would be.”

“I had an absolutely amazing experience with this company for customizing jewelry. Excellent communication, details about each step as the jewelry is made, and everything was done on time. Very professional group with excellent closed- loop communication:):):). I had requested a Hungry Caterpillar necklace be made with “mama and ______(my son’s name)” transcribed on the back. My son absolutely loves it- this jewelry was made for him to keep forever!!!”

“I discovered CustomMade after browsing many other jewelry websites looking for specific themes and designs for my marriage set. After reading the reviews and seeing the amazing finished pieces CustomMade has created. I realized they could produce anything I wanted. I could have a very unique set that Amanda would cherish because it came purely from my heart instead of pre-made by a local jeweler. It began with my choice of metals, gems, ideas, some photo inspirations of designs I found elsewhere, and some sketches I created. Having a career background in production projects--the process was very fun to experience my vision grow, and evolve to completion! The team was very accommodating to my details and the changes I wanted as the design phase moved along. When the 3D CAD phase began I was ecstatic to see what it would look like before physical production. Amanda and I are very happy with the rings produced. She enjoys how much her friends compliment her unique ring, and we can share the story of its' creation. The production process is a commitment, and I feel it was one of my first tests of commitment to Amanda. I highly recommend CustomMade if you want a unique meaningful piece your special someone will cherish.”

“I would totally recommend custommade to anyone, was a honest pleasure with how professional and fun their team was. They made the process of making my proposal ring easy and paid attention to all the details I wanted the ring to have. when going through the process of generating an idea for your ring, definitely take your time, provide detailed instructions so that the designer can capture all those great points to add to the ring. (They are very honest with what is achievable and what isn’t) loved my ring, and will be using custom made again in the future.”

“This was such a rewarding experience. From beginning to end the team at CustomMade provide everything I needed to perfect my new fiancé’s engagement ring. Quotes were clear and detailed, the explanation to my questions were perfect, I needed a rush service for shipping and received it when anticipated, everything went perfect and I couldn’t be happier with choosing CustomMade. My fiancé and I will 100% be coming back to design the wedding band together.”

“I started off just looking, but upon realizing how affordable it’d be to do a custom piece with everything I wanted to include, not to mention seeing how prompt and responsive the team was to my messages, I decided to go all the way through with it. The whole process was smooth all the way through, and the concept art and renderings made it so easy to see what everything would look like. Even communicating tweaks for the design after seeing the initial renderings was such a quick and easy thing! I started off with a longer timeline in mind, and the project was put on hold with no problems. When I decided to move up the date sooner, everything was ready for me to continue, and all that was left was to pick a stone from the options I was given, pay a half deposit, and wait for production to finish! Last deposit to pay for the rest, and it was delivered in only a few days, like literally over the weekend! Fantastic experience, 10/10 would recommend!”
