“It was a wonderful experience working with the CustomMade team! The channel for communication is easy to use and we were kept up to date with the process every step of the way. Their artists/jewelers are so talented, it was very exciting to watch them bring our vision from paper to life! We are so happy with our beautiful, unique wedding bands!”

“CostcomMade was great find for my husband's class ring. The staff translated my verbal instructions perfectly into the design of the ring. My husband is wearing the ring proudly. The final picture before it was sent did not give the ring its due. But when the ring arrived it was perfect. Thank you CustomMade staff.”

“CustomMade was insanely easy and helpful in every way. It was hard to trust a website at first, but the support was incredible. Even when I didn’t know about something, all my questions were answered. My engagement ring came out exactly as I wanted it and exactly how it was rendered. “The communication with the team at CustomMade was really thorough and friendly. I feel like most of my questions were answered. My only complaint is that I had one concern that wasn't answered while designing my ring, and while the product turned out beautiful, it was smaller than what I had in mind. There wasn't a way to see the size/scale of the product before they sent it. Other than that, I had a pleasant experience and enjoyed working with a team that didn't feel pushy for a sale and I didn't feel pushed into any design/stone options I wasn't ok with.”

“The product was great and the design team was really great to deal with and responded surprisingly quick. There is not enough info available regarding import duties, l ended up paying and additional 40% duty to import it into South Africa”

“Working with CustomMade has been amazing. I had help with every single detail from step one. I mean the amount of information and detail that they provide is so helpful and useful. And I swear it seems like these guys were working 24/7 I would receive emails giving me updates on my project sometimes in the middle of the night. I would wake up in excitement knowing my project was moving along. CustomMade has 100% given me an excellent and unique experience and I will definitely come back to them for future jewelry projects. They were 10/10 amazing.”

“I am so thrilled with how the CustomMade experience turned out. My (soon to be) fiancé was able to design *exactly* the wedding set (engagement ring + wedding band) she wanted - the team was extremely receptive/responsive to feedback and made for a quick-and-easy design process. Additionally, the total cost was much lower than we had been quoted for non-custom rings! All-in-all, I would emphatically recommend CustomMade to anyone in the market for an engagement ring.”

“My experience working with Custom Made was beyond my expectations. I had an idea that was very unique to me and I thought maybe it would be viewed as silly or I would be told it couldn't be done. I was also a bit concerned that the proposal would be way out of my limited budget. My experience was much to the contrary. From the moment I started to communicate with Custom Made staff I was made to feel important. Staff embraced and even complimented me on, and celebrated my idea. They helped guide me from an idea to a beautiful one of a kind ring that represents all of the ideas and emotions I wanted it to. I could not be happier with the care and support I received from Custom Made. Communication was prompt which is uncommon these days. It may sound a bit corny, but I felt we were all excited as a team to see this rough idea and design go from my brain and heart to an actual ring that is beautiful beyond my imagination. I cannot thank you enough. Yes, I know that I paid you money for this product. That is how business works. The thing is, I got more than a product for the money I spent. I got a very respectful, caring, supportive experience in the process. That is not always how business works and can be a rarity at times. Great company. Thank you, Gail”

They even were even able to expedite my order so I could propose to my fiance while abroad. “Overall had an excellent experience getting an engagement ring from CustomMade. They got me the ring in what I would consider a rushed timeframe (about 2 months from the first message to the delivery date) and they made any changes to the ring that I asked for. The response times were very quick and the different people that helped through the process made asking questions easy and seamless. The ring is beautiful and I am happy to say I am pleased with my experience throughout purchasing the ring.”
