“I reached out to custom made in mid August to get a custom wedding band made for my fiance. Let me start by saying, when they say "custom" they really do mean custom! From the exact shade and size of gems I used to even the font I wanted for the engraving. Everything was my choice! Our wedding ceremony is set for the end of November of this year so I had quite a short deadline to work with. I started out the process with a very very basic idea of what I wanted. Over the course of a few weeks, there was a ton of communication back and forth to have a more solid idea of what I wanted. I'm absolutely blown away with how amazing my experience with custom made was! We went into tons of details based on all of the things that I wanted to have included in my ring. Once I had made all of the choices and approved the drafts and plans, (about a two week period) they got started on a 3d design so it wasn't just a drawing of my ideas. I received my finished ring around the end of September and it's absolutely perfect. My fiance loves the ring as well! From start to finish, I didn't feel pressured to spend more or to make choices that I wasn't 100% in love with. All in all, a fantastic experience from start to finish. If given the chance, I would love to work with them again!”

“I am extremely happy with this experience! I am not a jewelry person at all and I was worried I would never find a wedding ring I would be happy with 24/7. The designers, and honestly everyone I worked with, were exceedingly patient (god bless them because I had no preferences at all to start with). I really enjoyed seeing the different styles/possibilities through sketches, and eventually 3D renderings. The final 3D rendering of my ring was extremely accurate to the final product I received. Throughout the process the staff explained everything thoroughly and helped me make the best choices for my limited budget while still creating a strong, long-lasting, not to mention BEAUTIFUL product! I feel like the pricing was fair and explained well. I could not be happier with my experience with this company!”

“I had an amazing experience with CustomMade. From start to finish, they walked me through the process of designing a ring based on a design my girlfriend really liked, and were able to work with me to incorporate my own center stone along with family heirloom accent stones that will make the ring so much more meaningful to my future wife. I would absolutely recommend CustomMade to anyone who wants to have their ring custom designed by professionals who work quickly to get you what you want. The one thing that would make CustomMade absolutely perfect is if they would be willing to re-use metals from existing rings. I understand there are probably logistical and cost-related reasons not to do so, but if they did, it would absolutely be my one-stop shop for all future jewelry needs. I am happy to recommend them for anyone looking to design custom rings that don't require re-use of existing jewelry metal.”

“I have never done a custom ring before. So this was a new experience for me. But I would not have it any other way. After seeing all of the hard work, that custom-made put into my fiancé‘s engagement ring I was in shock and awe. it came out so amazingly. Like the original sketches that they had drawn up. Every team member that I worked with every step of the way was helpful, considerate and understanding. They made sure that I was taking care of every step of the way. I can’t wait to see this beautiful ring on my fiancé’s finger. They may be a small company that started not too long ago but they work hard and every piece that I have seen X, including my piece look amazing and that’s part of the reason why I chose them.”

“I can't recommend this company enough. Not only do they make a point of being as friendly and accommodating as possible, but they are very receptive to any ideas or changes of thought you have.
