“This has been a project close to 5 years in the making. The past year, I have been going in and out of jewelry / diamond stores, and each time, I saw very nice pieces but not with all the speciic features I was looking for. Last November while looking online for a jeweler who could deliver, I came across the CustomMade (CM) website. That day I sent out three inquiries including to two other (and a well-known) diamond sellers. Within half a day after I sent the inquiry to CM, they responded. By the time the rest responded I was already in communication with CM. Honestly, I was hesitant until the very end, to pay all that money for an online exchange. But the daily responsiveness, the care in their responses to my design wishes, ideas and what I was looking for, the unpressurred approach and the subject matter expertise kept me hooked. Especially, when I was advised that a certain design idea would make the ring more costly but not as visually appealing and secure when it came to the setting of the diamond. They have different Subject Matter Experts that you communicate with with at each step during the design process. Eveyone, I worked and communicated with during this process made me feel listened to. Ally, started the month long exchange with me to go over things I never knew or thought of when I came to diamonds and jewelry. She even worked with me on the price and size of the diamond. I had a lot to learn but she was extremely patient with me and even responded to me on weekends. I went back and forth with her for a month and even during the holiday season, she would respond to me and provide me guidance. Will, the gem expert then helped me to select a diamond that fit my design requirements and wishes. Once that was done, I made the down-payment Rafa, who created the 3D design started working with me. The transition from SME to SME was seamless, because they had access to the previous conversation and information and paid attention to those details. (With the great attention to my previous conversations, I briefly even wondered if Ally was still the person I was working with but she was using different names. No, it was clear that she wasn't since they all had a different communication style.) For the last part; the casting and setting, Pauline took over and provided me with daily updates. In the end, I had a very specific date and time for the delivery of the ring. When Pauline confirmed that the shipping could be done to arrive on the precise day, I was impressed but prepared for a delayed arrival. Well, the delivery made it at the exact time I had hoped for and brought my wife to tears. Thank you CustomMade team (Ally**, Will, Rafael, Pauline**), you made our day and the words in this review are not enough to express my gratitude towards your profesionalism, care and high-quality service to help me design and deliver the ring based on the design I wanted. And, I was carefully advised that CM provides annual aftercare and cleaning of your jewelry. (**) You were more than superstars. You aren't just Custom Made, you are Custom Great.”

“Absolutely wonderful experience, the people were all incredibly kind and helped me understand everything every step of the way. They were able to recreate my mom’s lost necklace flawlessly, I have never seen her so surprised or happy when she opened the box. Just a stellar company all and all and I couldn’t recommend them further!”

“CustomMade did a fantastic job from start to finish. I was connected with a dedicated team who was always willing to clearly answer every question I had and did everything they could to make the whole process a pleasant one. I went in not really knowing what I wanted, and was given several designs to inspire my final design. Overall we were able to come up with a truly beautiful piece. Having never shopped for an engagement ring before, I am really happy I found CustomMade and will be purchasing from them again in the future. P.s. She said yes and absolutely adores the ring!”

“I have never worked with a company with such an high value for customer satisfaction as Custommade! Everything went perfectly, from the design (of a ring for my wife) to the delivery. At each step, the team from Custommade was: 1) very helpful (and full of good advices) 2) polite and professional; 3) listening to my requests and guiding me towards the best solution; 4) extremely reactive! Not to mention the beautiful piece of art they realized for me! Looking forward for the next project! In the meantime, I recommend them!”

“This team is great! They are patient, courteous and know their stuff. What I would say is that you really need to know what you want as you need to be very prescriptive in your brief to them. It would be a good idea to give them estimated weight of pieces and have a clear idea of size. They don’t mind how many times they have to rework your piece, after all you paying for something unique. And when it comes, it is so beautifully packaged. It took a lot for me to trust this format, and I have no qualms in recommending them. Go on, give them a go, you won’t regret it.”

“My fiancé used CustomMade for my engagement ring and I used them for his wedding band. They were truly the easiest and best to work with! They answered every single question we came up with, they walk you through every step of the process, they have tons of literature that explains things about jewelry making such as different types of metals, finishes, gems, and such!! They also ask about the budget up front and give a lot of options to make sure the project stay within budget! It was so cool to be involved in every step of the process and getting to approve every detail of these very special rings we will have for the rest of our lives!! Truly a one of a kind experience! I couldn’t recommend them more!”

“CustomMade.com exceeded my expectations! My wife had her wedding ring stolen. That ring meant the world to both of us.
