“The whole process from beginning to end was done smoothly and with great communication from the Custom team. They worked with me on my idea and gave me several different ideas on how the ring might look in different ways. We went through a few changes in design from it being recessed to raised. From having oxidation to none. The finished ring looks amazing and several friends have mentioned it looked great. The image on the ring is a perfect match to the picture I attached when I started the project. I am very please with the outcome and have 2 more ideas for rings that I am hoping to have Custom Made complete for me in the next year.”

“The process to make a ring with Custom Made is about as easy as you could make it. They guide you through every step of the way and don’t stop until you approve. Construction and shipping also takes no time at all so making a ring really isn’t as long a process as one may think. Truly could not ask for a better experience and a better final product! Just hope she likes it:)”

“I am so happy with the end result of my custom made ring! It's exactly what we wanted. The design process was so fun! I dealt with 3 different people throughout the process, and each one made sure that my answers were answered in a timely manner, and they understood my vision. “Incredible site, thorough process, extraordinarily helpful experts at every step. “I highly recommend Custom Made. I had an idea in my head for a piece of jewelry and they made it a reality! I also learned about the process of jewelry making and received updates at each stage of production by each person who worked on the project. I do have a beautiful piece of jewelry but most importantly a new appreciation for the skilled individuals who make jewelry.”

“My partner and I really didn’t know what we wanted but the team at custom made somehow made sense of our indecision! We really wanted to get the ring right and the people at custom made were so patient with us changing things. They were so responsive and open about the whole process. And now we have the ring and we are so happy with it! It’s exactly what we wanted and I think that’s due to how customisable the process was from the design to the metal to the stone. And it was also more affordable than we expected! We are really happy with everything. Thanks guys! :)”
