It\u2019s going to be a long one!\r\n\r\nI first turned to custommade because my partner and I wanted to both propose to one another, so I needed to get him a ring. We spent months looking at all kinds of rings out there, but he always felt that the rings we saw were either too feminine, or too boring for his tastes. (Like a band with a single diamond set in it) So, we found custommade to start making the perfect ring for him!\r\n\r\nCustommade felt too good to be true, creating a ring designed to our exact tastes while also being in budget? I was sceptical, until Madison was assigned on to my ring project. She was immediately great, so knowledgeable, compassionate, and had such a great attention to the detail of the ring! My partner and I weren\u2019t sure what exactly we wanted in a ring, but we knew we would know when we saw it. And from the first sketch, we saw it. We made a few minor adjustments to the sketch, but it was mostly perfect right from the beginning, and moved on to the next phase of creation.\r\n\r\nThe whole time, Madison answered every question I had so thoughtfully, and gave me space to think over designs and budgets before committing to anything. I never felt pressured, and it felt like anything I wanted was in the realm of possibilities, and could stay within my budget if we went about it right. I got excited every time I got an email alerting me that I had an update or new message to read, every step of the way was amazing!\r\n\r\nAnd then, the ring was here! It was beautiful, the proposal went amazingly. (he said yes!) We were just so over the moon. \r\n\r\nBut less than 48 hours later, an accent stone fell out. I was heartbroken, I spent so much money and time creating this ring, how could a stone fall out? I messaged custommade and I was angry, I won\u2019t try to deny that. But yet again, Madison was kind and understanding, and offered me solutions to rectify the situation.\r\n\r\nAnd I think that\u2019s what reflects more on a business than anything else. Sure, a stone fell out, but custommade went above and beyond. They took the ring and went back to the drawing board, added some prongs for better security, but\u2026 I didn\u2019t like this ring as much, it felt cluttered. So Madison and her team said \u201cno problem!\u201d And changed some prongs to bezel setting, and some other prongs to claw prongs, and WOW this ring is even better than before!!\r\n\r\nThat\u2019s what I really think makes custommade BETTER than any other custom ring creators out there. They care, truly, and want you to have a ring that\u2019s perfect for you. And if there are hiccups along the way, they take accountability and FIX it. You won\u2019t find that kind of service anywhere else! If you\u2019re on the fence about putting your trust into custommade, I really encourage you to do it. And we will be returning here down the line for wedding bands!"

The only reason I even entertained the idea of working with CustomMade was because of Madison.\r\n\r\nFrom the very first message, she made the entire process feel safe, understood, and genuinely collaborative. She didn\u2019t just manage the project. She translated my ideas into art. She took the vision I had in my head and turned it into something real, piece by piece, without ever rushing me or making me feel like I was asking for too much.\r\n\r\nI had a very specific vision:\r\n\u2022 oval-cut lab diamond with an elongated, elegant ratio\r\n\u2022 floral engraving along a rounded band\r\n\u2022 tulip-inspired prongs\r\n\u2022 hidden diamond under the stone\r\n\u2022 interior inscription in script\r\n\u2022 delicate proportions and a width under 3mm\r\n\u2022 a band that flowed naturally into the smaller leaf-style prongs\r\n\r\nThis was not a simple request. We went through sketches, CAD models, revisions, more revisions, and then revisions of revisions. I asked questions constantly. I changed my mind a few times. I was picky. And not once did Madison treat any of that like an inconvenience. She never took \u201cno\u201d as a dead end \u2014 she simply found a different way to make the idea work or guided me to a cleaner, more elegant alternative when something wouldn\u2019t translate well in real life.\r\n\r\nHer artistic sense and her ability to explain design decisions were honestly what made me trust the entire process. She made a long-distance, online custom ring feel like a hands-on experience. She should absolutely be recognized by her company \u2014 and honestly, she deserves a raise for the level of care, communication, and talent she brought to this project.\r\n\r\nOnce it came time to choose a diamond, she and the gem team walked me through every detail. Ratios, clarity maps, face-up appearance, bowtie visibility \u2014 they broke everything down in a way that helped me choose the perfect stone. We even lost one option when my bank flagged the payment, and she immediately sourced new ones that still matched my fianc\u00e9e\u2019s preferences.\r\n\r\nAnd then, even near the end, when the inscription was slightly off-center, they caught it themselves before shipping, fixed it, and still honored my proposal deadline. They truly cared about the final result being perfect.\r\n\r\nThe finished ring is honestly stunning. My fianc\u00e9e is obsessed with it. She shows it to everyone. Every single person who has seen it has commented on how beautiful, unique, and artistic it is. I\u2019ve had multiple people ask where I had it made because it looks unlike anything they\u2019ve ever seen.\r\n\r\nThis ring was everything I hoped it would be and more.\r\n\r\nCustomMade \u2014 and especially Madison \u2014 made something that will be part of our lives forever.
