“So I was very happy with the final product and the whole process was very easy and smooth, even if at some point I was sure about how it looks, I could come back and tell them what I wanna change and they were very helpful and professional. The only thing I have to say that I found odd or "negative" is that, at the beginning I was talking with somebody, let's call him "A" and then a few months later, I would be talking to somebody else and never hear from "A" again, it was odd cause I ended up talking to 5 different person but I didn't mind much but it takes away from the personalized experience. Tho I did take 1 year plus to finish the project. Again very happy with the result and having found them.”

“Very helpful I was able to send in multiple ring designs and they worked with me for about a week to make the perfect ring for my fiance. Turn around was about a month from approval of final design and receiving the ring. You get a full team of different individuals who help walk you through the various parts of the process. Very simple from start to finish definitely had a great experience”

“Incredible experience from start to finish! Astoundingly quick responses in all communications. The ring matches the renderings perfectly. I had multiple questions that were all answered thoroughly. They never tried to upset me on anything. They actually helped me achieve the result I wanted - under budget. I can't wait to present this piece to my future wife! Thanks!”

“The process from idea to art design to 3d design and all the customer service and communication that goes along with it was superb. The Custom Made team did an excellent job ensuring the design met my idea. The cost as expected for a custom ring was a bit higher than going to pick up a prefab but this is what I understood before diving in. The only reason I gave 4/5 stars was due to the finished quality of the ring, even though I like how it turned out there are visible issues around where the lab-created ruby was placed, e.g. the white gold that surrounds the ruby is not even. It is not noticeable from a distance but when looked at closely you can see it. Overall I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a custom-made ring as the finished product was I would grade 8/10 and the service leading to it 10/10”

“The team at CustomMade walked me through every step and gave frequent updates. It was awesome to see how they design and build jewelry through explanation and photos. “Despite me taking over a year to finally be able to save enough due to the pandemic, they were helpful and knowledgeable and patient at every step. “This is the second time I've used Custom Made and worked with their staff on a personalized piece of jewelry. The efforts from the beginning of the consultation through the material selection, creating mock-ups and then producing the item were incredible. These people have an understanding that jewelry can be very personal and therefore, make sure with time and communication to make all efforts to make sure the customer is satisfied. In my personal project, I had a ring that was special and passed down by my grandmother. My husband had given me a complimentary ring for our wedding. I wanted to create two more rings that I can pass down to future generations, creating a set. I am ultimately happy with the result and the cost I paid. The original ring of my grandmother's has a square cut ruby and diamond (fire/ice) with gold band. My wedding ring has a square cut sapphire with four small diamonds (water/ice). I wanted to create two rings that featured an emerald and a yellow sapphire. The set is beautiful.”

“I was happy with the communication process and final product. The only aspect I would change is keeping the project competition date updated. In my case it wasn’t updated until the final designs were approved. That made for a 3 week change.”
