“CustomMade did a fantastic job bringing my thoughts to life for my (now) fiancee's ring! I'm not the most creative one, so I definitely needed some hand holding, and the team did an amazing job and was extremely communicative all the way through. I worked through several different staff members, and all of them were highly knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly, and made the experience very positive. Most importantly, the final product looks amazing, and she loves it! It was also quite affordable (more so than I had anticipated), which is obviously a plus. So happy I worked together with them on this!”

“Phenomenal service from Custom Made. One day I was looking online for any bespoke engagement ring services as I wanted a very unique and incredible ring for my partner to love. I found Custom Made and within 2 months and many back and forths with designs, I received my final design and it was perfect. If anyone needs a bespoke and uniquely designed ring made EXACTLY how you want (seriously, think of a design you want and they can do it!). Very very highly recommend!!”

“My sister and I found CustomMade as we were searching for someone to make a memorial ring to remember our mom by as she only had days left to live. After she passed away we asked them to begin designing something that is very specific and special to us in remembering our mom. They were very professional and did everything they could to make this process a good experience for us. We are very happy with the final outcome of the rings! They are beautiful and something that we will be able to cherish for years to come.”

“I came to CustomMade almost desperate. I was trying to find that perfect ring for my SO, and they wanted a diamond alternative. Not many out there I’m afraid, much less one that would be perfect for them. Their website didn’t say anything about the kind of stone they wanted(moss agate) but I reached out just as a last ditch effort. To my pleasant surprise, they actually had it, and not only that, but they were super helpful through the entire process. I knew exactly what the ring was going to look like before it was ever even made. And then I got updates through every step of the process, and was very reassured through everything. They were quick, the ring is of great quality, and it’s exactly how I imagined it in my mind when I reached out to them. I couldn’t be happier with CustomMade. Thank you guys so much!”

“When my fiancé and I talked about getting engaged I knew I wanted a ring that I would adore forever!! And he wanted to make sure it was going to be something I loved too. When I started my journey on finding the perfect engagement ring I came across this website CustomMade. From the start their entire staff was so warm and welcoming and got back to me quickly… I had some silly questions too and they never made me feel dumb or clueless. I felt so educated after talking with my consultants! They walked me through each step and didn’t stop until I had the ring of my dreams. Fast forward to getting closer to the big day and I had to order my wedding band and I had the same wonderful experience from CustomMade! I highly suggest this company to anyone and everyone even if it’s not for wedding rings and just rings or jewelry in general I can say I 100% recommend them and have so much trust in them! “For many years now, I have wanted a signet ring that truly shows how proud and how passionate I am about my family heritage. I looked online at the big jewelry guys and was disappointed at the options. On my last search, I clicked on Custom Made's site. This was the best first decision I made regarding my ring. From start to finish, I have never had a company communicate, and treat me as If I was their only customer in the world... Until now! I submitted a design that I had in mind for a ring, and Custom Made brought that rough drawing on graph paper to a stunning reality! Charlie, Dominic, and Charm are all miracle workers. They walked me through the entire process, keeping what I envisioned for this "one-of-a-kind" heirloom at the forefront at all times. At no point did I have to compromise what I wanted? because of this experience, I ended up ordering an exact copy of my ring (but smaller and in white gold) for my wifes anniversary gift. From here forward, I will use no one else for my heirloom jewelry.”

“Your store cannot be outbeat by anyone! From start to finish, your people worked with me through everything and were so very patient with me. I’m absolutely speechless as to all the things ur people did to make the ring come out exactly the way I wanted it to look!! It turned out absolutely perfect!! “Every idea and sketch, every rendering were created with amazing detail and the results were spectacular. Our design was a simple picture. The Staff at Custommade stuck to their Service Protocols and what we arrived at was perfect. I didn’t have to concede or compromise at all. Originally I had taken our Sapphire to a local jewelry store and left it with them for what became a month. They didn’t bother to even send an email. Apparently I wasn’t worth their time. I found Custommade online and was a bit hesitant about trusting a company that was on the other side of the country. What I risked and what these fine people rewarded me with will never be forgotten. We are tremendously grateful for the beautiful ring that is perfect!”

“This company helped me create the engagement ring of my dreams, without any pressure to settle on my final design until I was ready. They were super patient with me as I took my time thinking about all the different aspects of my ring, and tweaking small details before we found the one. They always got back to me in a timely manner, explained everything clearly, and were extremely pleasant to talk with. I’d recommend them 10 times over to anyone. We will be utilizing them again in the future for both of our wedding bands as well!”
