“We’re looking for a custom-made jewellery piece, I found it difficult on the Internet to find what I was looking for, and to determine if these websites were legitimate or not. I did some research on custommade.com and found reviews to be positive, and what seems to be legitimate. In the end, they were. They were very customer service oriented with great communication of the process and steps all along the journey to getting my piece made. I could not be more thrilled with how our Medallion pieces turned out with our family crest and cannot say enough about how thorough The communication and customer service was with this company. Highly recommended. Would definitely order from them again anytime.”

“I came up with a general idea and they nailed it out of the park. They do offer a ring size tester which I declined and the ring did come a bit small. But they excellent customer was so supportive and nice that they resized it for a very reasonable and affordable price. They constantly sent pics and asked for my feed back and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend if your looking to bring a special flare to show your partner your love and not spend the cost of a new car on it.”

“Taking the most amazing time to make a ring that I quite literally thought of is hands down one of the best services provided by custom made and it's amazing workers. Any ring or any piece of jewelry could be made here and that's what make this place amazing, the creativity has no bounds. “I had a great experience with Custom Made. When I initially reached out, I didn't have a family coat of arms. They were upfront and honest that they don't design the coat of arms, but can work with even a simple drawing to design a ring. I submitted a pencil drawing of our coat of arms and they began the design process. I wanted a signet ring with very specific details. As you can imagine, putting this on a ring that is only 19mm is very challenging. They worked with me to modify the design so it came out perfectly. Each step of the process, happened seamlessly and every time I reached out, they were extremely responsive and accommodating. We were extremely pleased with our finished product. “Excellent service throughout. We loved the ring that they designed. The quality, the size and everything is perfect. There is just one thing: the design is a bit stone setting heavy and therefore twisting around the finger a bit so such potential issues would be useful to be highlighted (i.e. that a wider, heavier ring might be needed to avoid that)”

“It started over 4 years ago when I wanted to create a special ring to present to my two sons upon graduation from college. The ring designs were to contain a replica of our family coat of arms and an image of the college were they attended. It was my first time ever doing something like this so I had no idea how to go about a process. I found Custommade by searching the internet and started their process. Being somewhat skeptical, I wasn't sure how far I wanted to go with them. I didn't want to share too much of my design at first (my ignorant fear). I finally committed and started the process. They assigned a designer just to me. All our communication was over chat and everyone was very helpful and responsive. They were responsive to every little detailed request without making me feel stupid or like I was asking too much. Even if I wanted to restart part of the design. I was very pleased with all four of the pieces and they made me feel like my design was so special and unique. The price for the amount of re-design work I had is a huge value. I definitely would recommend CustomMade. - be patient with the process - attach drawings, sketches, pictures to help them see your vision - look over the final rendering and finished products to make sure it is as you want it.
