“Working with everyone at CustomMade was a pleasure. We started a with a tight timeline and did the rush option and the rings were ready right on time. There was consistent communication and updates which I greatly appreciated. Would highly recommend this company!”

“I was happy with the communication process and final product. The only aspect I would change is keeping the project competition date updated. In my case it wasn’t updated until the final designs were approved. That made for a 3 week change.”

“Looked at a few different companies before settling on CustomMade. Submitted my thoughts and within an hour I had a representative contact me via their live chat on the website. And that timely responsiveness continued throughout the whole process. Representatives were very helpful and explained everything I had questions about. “I wanted a charm to give to my partner of a private small island that we are vacationing too, so there isn't a suitable stock charm to purchase, which brought me to CustomMade. I'm very happy with the design and the final product. The process was smooth, and the communication through out was outstanding. Every step of the way they reached out to me, giving several options on the size and design, to make sure that I got the charm that I imagined. Outstanding customer service! Will definitely use again.”

“By far one of the greatest experiences of my life. The staff is friendly, professional, and beyond trustworthy. The website is beautiful and easy to use and the craftsmanship of my engagement ring is stunning. The options they have are vast and only rivaled by there knowledge and intuition in creating you're dream ring. Shipping is fast and they are there every step of the way. I cannot say enough good things about this company or the beautiful ring they helped my design!”

“As I previously reported, CustomMade has taken a dream of mine and made it into a reality. Unfortunately, the design I wanted irritated my sensitive skin. I sent the ring back and CusromMade is doing everything to make sure I'm happy with my ring. This company has not only made me believe in Customer Service but made me believe there are those that care and take pride in what they do. There really isn't enough of that in todays world.”

“My fiancé had my engagement ring made by CM, so I went to them for his wedding band. Glad I did. They were with me keeping me updated the whole time and never went ahead with any steps unless I approved it first. Great experience!”

“Working with CustomMade was much easier than expected.Team members were quick to respond to any questions and ideas that I had.Photos of my design ideas were very helpful,allowing me to make a change or two before deciding on the final design. “CustomMade's communication was clear, direct, and transparent. I was able to stay updated with my project, understand changes that needed to be made, and request changes with ease. When the ring came to me too big, I was able to send it back and have it resized easily. I found this company online and saw that they had positive reviews, so I went ahead and started to design a ring with them. I am very happy with the ring that they made for me and look forward to wearing it, hopefully, for the rest of my life.”

I can personally say that I had absolutely 0 experience in buying this type of jewelry, but you guys helped me since day one. Our project had several changes, and your team never hesitated on guiding me, helping and explaining absolutely every small detail (btw, your whole team was super friendly in the process), and the final product was amazing! For me it was a unique experience, all our interactions were via chat, we never had a videocall, but it sure wasn't necessary!
