“Couldn’t be happier with the entire process!! Had a lovely custom engagement ring made for my boyfriend and the wedding band got designed and everything. I love that they save the design of the wedding band for when I’m ready to have that made too. I might even have a ring made for myself at some point. 10/10”

“I didn't have to sort through a million choices. I had seen other rings and had an idea of what I wanted and CustomMade took my idea and made it even better. Every step I was able to give input and get feedback on the development. They worked with me when I was on a close deadline to get the rings to me on time. The staff was friendly and meticulous about everything I hadn't thought of. 10 out of 10 for my engagement ring, I will be back when it's time for the wedding ring.”

“I came across custom made online while looking for suitable rings for my fiance's engagement ring, not only did there customer service point me in all the right directions but they made the process easy and exciting. I got to choose the ring that was one of a kind for my one of a kind woman. The moment she saw she was so happy and amazed. She hasn't stopped admiring it and I know that when she look at it everyday she is over come with my love and affection. The quality of the ring is amazing and the timely fashion it was made and cost made it a easy for me to make the decision to acquire it. “Custom made was honestly the best from end to end. My fiance loves her ring, and I mean LOVES her ring. If I knew how much this wouldve meant to our relationship I would've done it earlier. And custom made was able to help me capture the story of our relationship in our ring. My fiance and I had been long distance for 4 years and custom made was able to capture the emoji's we used to communicate for a long time. It means a lot to the both of us, and the quality of the ring blows anything I'd seen online out of the water. I'm so grateful, and I hope this business continues to do such valued work.”

“My fiancé and I are very happy with the piece! We have no complaints on the design and I am very pleased with the communication. Every response was usually within the hour. The team all worked well with me and was professional but relaxed and friendly. This review was honest. I attempted to score a category with four stars but I could not decide on a category due to the service being all around fantastic.”

“I am extremely pleased with the product, service, and professionalism of Custom Made. I found this company while researching college rings for two of my granddaughters. I was pleasantly surprised when I frequently heard from them with updates on the step by step process. Each person with whom I worked introduced themselves and immediately responded to any questions I had. They went out of their way to make sure I was pleased. The rings are gorgeous, and my granddaughters are thrilled. I have told my friends about this company, and would highly recommend them.”

“I got my engagement ring custom made and every detail was exactly how I wanted it. Because they had all the dimensions, I also created the wedding band with the help of the designers. I also got my own wedding ring. The communication and the helpfulness is unmatched. I can't thank this company enough for what they've help create for me and my family. “Absolutely love my purchase from CustomMade! This is such a cool service and I loved getting to see my piece come to life! The process was so easy and everyone I worked with was helpful and extremely prompt in their communication. The ring itself is high quality and a beautiful heirloom piece. The one main draw back that I think the company could really work on is packaging. For the cost, I’d expect nicer packaging, but very much a side note as the product itself was perfect!”

“The whole process from start to finish was very satisfactory. The team was professional and took on my request with a lot of enthusiasm. They were very perceptive and it didn't take long to come up with the designs. The time frame was not too long either, as soon as it was finished and the final payment processed, it literally was shipped the next day! I still got my order in time to call it a Mother's day present so thank you custommade, I will definitely utilize your services again in the near future.”

“I really want to say how incredible of an experience this was for me. In today's day and age, it is hard to tell what is real and what is a scam online. I was very nervous to begin this process in this manner, as opposed to buying a ring in person. I was scared because if it was a scam, I don't have any backup money to get "another" ring, and it was really important for me to design this. The constant communication through every step was amazing and very reassuring. They sent drawings and renderings as I explained what I wanted. I thought I wanted something specific at one part, and when they showed my how it would look, I didn't like it so I changed my mind. They gave me different examples of my idea so I always had options as my idea came to life. I NEVER felt rushed by the team. No matter how many times I wanted to change the design, they happily obliged. I also loved that in all the messaging, they kept it personal by saying "Tracy's" ring is in production, or your design is looking awesome "Steve". When it came time to chose the main diamond, they gave me 3 options all at different price points, that were all in my budget and they all had different ratings based on what I preferred. I then took the GIA numbers of the diamonds and did some outside research and they all were priced equally to those sources, so I know I wasn't getting played. It was also VERY helpful to me to be able to pay in two separate payments. That made it a lot easier for me. I am absolutely 100% impressed with the service, communication, craftsmanship and the one of a kind ring they made for me. CustomMade is an exceptional company if you are looking to create something that speaks to your significant other's Love Language. THANK YOU!!”
