“This was such a rewarding experience. From beginning to end the team at CustomMade provide everything I needed to perfect my new fiancé’s engagement ring. Quotes were clear and detailed, the explanation to my questions were perfect, I needed a rush service for shipping and received it when anticipated, everything went perfect and I couldn’t be happier with choosing CustomMade. My fiancé and I will 100% be coming back to design the wedding band together.”

“I started off just looking, but upon realizing how affordable it’d be to do a custom piece with everything I wanted to include, not to mention seeing how prompt and responsive the team was to my messages, I decided to go all the way through with it. The whole process was smooth all the way through, and the concept art and renderings made it so easy to see what everything would look like. Even communicating tweaks for the design after seeing the initial renderings was such a quick and easy thing! I started off with a longer timeline in mind, and the project was put on hold with no problems. When I decided to move up the date sooner, everything was ready for me to continue, and all that was left was to pick a stone from the options I was given, pay a half deposit, and wait for production to finish! Last deposit to pay for the rest, and it was delivered in only a few days, like literally over the weekend! Fantastic experience, 10/10 would recommend!”

“I spoke with a couple different people who asked specific and telling questions so that my vision for what I wanted in a rare type of class ring could be exactly what I desired. I couldn't be more happy with how my ring turned out. There are not many pilot class rings that also include Unmanned Aircraft Pilots but these guys really helped me get there with the willingness to hear me out about the things I wanted in my design. I've been showing the ring off to everyone who will look and the responses have been nothing but 10/10. I even got the date for my first solo flight on the inside of the ring to top it all off! Completely satisfied with the money spent here. I am also uploading a short video of the ring on my finger because I just think it's great!”

“The people at custom made are patient, creative, responsible, and very talented at what they do! I had, honestly, no idea how to start. I knew I wanted something unique and special for my fiancé, but I really honestly hated all of the designs I had pretty much seen online for masculine rings. (Think the ones with like, the middle band, or the wood ones, camo ones- it’s totally not our style). I basically just info dumped to the design team about really vague ideas I had and general things he likes and we like as a couple. We ended up with a very beautiful and sophisticated ring that I think is very becoming of my fiancé. He loves it, he feels so confident with it. He was told that “That’s such a main character ring.” Haha! What a compliment. We’re so thrilled that he’s going to be coming back to get a ring designed for me. In the future I’m hoping to be able to come back to custom made for a variety of custom jewelry I’ve always dreamed of having. These guys are great and I’m confident I’ll have just as great of an experience next time around.”

“Originally I was looking for the usual solitaire kind of ring, until I discovered Custom Made, finding out they can create any theme you want & any way you want it to. Working together with Joana, Janine & the rest of the Custom Made team was a pleasant experience. Very accomodating group of Creatives. From Sketches on paper to the actual piece, I saw my Harry Potter themed wedding ring come to my life. It is a dream come true. What's better is that it's the only one of it's kind. That makes it extra special. Lastly, I'm still very amazed at the speed of production. Completed 2 months before the expected Completion date. I still have another wedding band in production, because of this amazing experience with Custom Made.”

“I was anxious about my project. I wanted a copy of my family’s signet ring that has been in my family for generations. I spoke to many jewelers in America and England and no one could create a copy of our ring. I found Custom Made online and after working with them for a little while they developed an exact copy exactly the way I wanted it done. They gave me tons of options and they delivered a perfect match to my family heirloom.”
