“The final product is great, the process was simple, and the staff were working with me very well, every step of the way. If you want custom work done, CustomMade is the place to go. I would suggest however, that CustomMade look into different word engraving capabilities, so that it's not just a single line of dialogue, or so limited in character amounts.”

“I had 2 pieces designed at 2 different times. The first piece was a 2 ring set, engagement and wedding ring. I spoke to the design team and the rings were done to look like a wave. Diamonds on the sides with a Blue Topaz centre stone. Absolutely stunning, as both rings came together to look like one. The second piece fits perfecting into the first. 1 beautiful diamond with 3 on each side of the platinum band. Again absolutely stunning. The experience was wonderful and the results spectacular.”

“From the start, the whole team was very professional and thoughtful. I was at ease very quickly which (to me at least) is very important with this kind of experience. I was guided through the whole process. In the end the ring was as perfect as expected, I am really happy about it. I hope I will be able to share pictures soon as I am still working on my proposal! Thank you custom made!”

“The whole process was amazing, the team at CustomMade is so intentional about gathering all the information to be able to design the absolute perfect ring. The process of arriving at the final design can take various changes to the drawings but the sketch artists are more than happy to redo everything until it is exactly what is wanted. They are great at communicating how the ring is being processed and manufactured. The ring is inspected to the highest standard of perfection for craftsmanship and manufacturing. They are honest about the timing of the process and the delivery. So so so happy I went with them to make the ring of my fiancé's dreams.”

“I just want to thank you guys first for this amazing piece you create and it means a lot to me! Making a piece like this I thought it will take a lot of time and a lot of people involved and a lot of back and forward but no, CustomMade is just something else!!! “When I first started looking for a engagement ring it was definitely a nerve racking experience. However, once I started working with the CustomMade designers it made the experience exciting. The staff was very professional and responsive and most of all understanding throughout the whole process. The ring turned out better than I could have imagined, and my fiancé(!!), feels the same way. I will be recommending CustomMade to anyone looking for a special piece for their special someone!”

“We designed a custom necklace for my mom's 70th birthday. After shopping around at local jewelers, I luckily found Custom Made. And save 75% of the quoted cost from others and had a beautiful, custom necklace that brought tears to my mom's eyes. “I'm a big fan of Custom Made. The company and their professionals are top notch. They were always great communicators. The entire process was well explained up front. Moreover, they were more than willing to work at my place. Each step was well articulated. The final product is stunning with exquisite detail.
