“I was really impressed with how flexible the team was. They clearly state that they're willing to make any requested changes prior to production, and they follow through on that. They were very transparent about costs and worked with me to find affordable but high-quality materials. They warned me of possible difficulties with my design, like trouble resizing a complex band. They gave me time estimates and usually beat those estimates. The whole way through, I was very impressed, and they did a fantastic job on the ring itself. Thank you for helping me design the ring that my fiancee now wears proudly every day.”

“I wanted a piece that was very delicate and seemingly difficult to get done especially if it wasn’t in person but custom made and their team are amazing and made it seem effortless to get the job done, and sure enough I have my perfect ring just as I imagined. They are easy to communicate with and what I love most is that they get it done on time and they help with advice too”

“I just received my two custom made necklaces and I am beyond thrilled! From the very beginning, they brought my vision to life with such care and attention to detail. “Stephanie was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. I knew a rough idea of what I wanted however Stephanie just seemed to understand before I even did myself. I was very nervous and struggled with some of the design images to understand the concepts but Stephanie talked me through this extensively and every word of what she said was more than accurate. The final design is even more perfect that what I thought it could ever be. High quality. Perfect design and continual support. Very happy and would recommend this service to any one. Thank you!”

“Pros: Our consultant was super patient and helped me make the perfect band for my fiancé for a very reasonable price, they use the 3d model of the engagement ring when making the wedding band so they fit perfect together, fast replies and very clear process. Cons: Base price for mens rings are expensive compared to elsewhere, the ring comes in a big box that isn't marriage / proposal vibes Experience was so good tho that the cons didn’t really matter”

“I took a leap of faith, when I selected CustomMade to craft my family coat of arms into a ring. Every step of the process, and there were many, was the utmost professional and customer service oriented experiences. When my ring arrived, I was blown away. It exceeded my expectations a hundred fold. When I wear it now, everyone stops me to look at it and ask about it. CustomMade’s quality, pricing, and follow through is outstanding. “I bought my fiancé engagement ring and they made her vision come to life. For that reason I recently ordered a wedding band for it since we get married soon.
