“Spoke with a few designers and they got to work and made my perfect ring. 💍 Took a few co-signs and we got to the final design. Now it’s been made and it’s now In my hand it looks incredible! Truely beautiful!! Before they made it I got to see 3d rendering designs of it and also had it engraved”

To be honest, I didn’t know what to expect and that’s where CustomMade stepped in with thorough information on the company and process. They took both me and my design wishes very seriously with continual communication and clarification during each step. The outcome of my piece was a perfected replica of my submitted drawing and absolutely stunning. I will be presenting the jewelry to my soon-to-be husband on our wedding day and anyone that is already privy to and has seen the piece has been in awe as well as in tears because of how stunning and remarkable it is. “My experience with CustomMade was overwhelmingly positive. Their process to help create personalized jewelry was outstanding, including the quick "turnaround" for the merchandise. Initially, I purchased two signet rings, and am contemplating adding an additional four in the near future. “I love my necklace. I bought a 20 inch 14 k gold necklace with two back to back designs and I could not be more happy. I was estimated 2700 for this piece but after taxes and other final details it was set for 2900 so expect to pay a little more than estimated price but it is worth every penny. Comes in a cute little white box that’s made pretty well. It is very sturdy and good for storing when not wearing. Shown in photos are a few surface scratches they were not there when I bought the necklace. Your jewelry will arrive just as it appears in the professional photos and be beautiful and scratch free.”

“I highly recommend this company. Not only will they make the process as easy as possible; they communicate all the additional benefits. Such as free cleaning; the repairs are also free if you do send it in for a twice yearly cleaning. They made sure to take time and care to make my vision came to life. They listen to what you want, send pictures that best capture what you're wanting, they sketch out a design, send 3D renderings then BAM! It's being made and takes less than a month depending on what you get. Not to mention they consult you personally throughout the entire process! They are a lot nicer and cheaper than other shops you can't even customize with. I seriously can't recommend them enough!”

“I was quite nervous about going through a custom designed ring process with an online jeweler but CustomMade absolutely made me feel comfortable and involved in all phases of the project. My project manager, Stephanie, was excellent with communication and you can tell that she was very experienced in this process. My custom design was unique in that I possessed my own center piece stone, which I thought would lead to potential issues regarding shipping, insurance, etc. but CustomMade handled everything professionally, used my stone, and gave very fair pricing for their service! I would highly recommend CustomMade!”
