“From the beginning to the end, the team at Custommade has been one of the greatest to work with. They helped along every step of the way with their expertise and advice, I always felt welcome to ask questions and really appreciate their support. They are attentive and really want to help make our special moment be unique and memorable. It was quite exciting to go through the whole process, seeing the design of the ring come to life, selecting the perfect gem, and getting the final product. You guys are amazing.”

“I know nothing when it comes to rings. Samantha was incredibly helpful and very informative. I was very surprised how quick the process and turn around was. The ring is gorgeous, and my fiancé loves it very very much.”

“After creating a design I liked for a signet ring I sent it in and they got to work right away. I had awesome 3d renders in a handful of days and we got to tweaking. The process was very smooth and at the 3rd iteration it was perfect. Production only took about 2 weeks, and sipping was expedient. Over all everyone I interacted with on the team was excellent.”

“Extremely happy with the service. The team was super friendly and knowledgeable, giving us insights when we had questions, and patiently accommodating to all our requests. They also didn't mind in exploring numerous designs and revising over and over until I'm certain. They also take quality very seriously. During the building process, they happily address my concern and fix the piece until it is flawless. The result is a perfect piece that I envisioned, and my fiance couldn't be happier. Highly recommended!”

“When I tell you this was a good experience would be an understatement. From the get go, Jordan started me off and made me feel comfortable and ready for the next step, Barbara started the design process and she was great, que Natasha, I'm not sure where everyone is found here but they are all Top tier. Natasha especially was so patient and kind with every step of the process. Nikhil the Gem expert sources EXACTLY the Gem i was looking for and made it happen effortlessly. Pauline ended it off just right. It was an incredible experience from day 1 and would recommend to anyone moving forward with a Loved one.”
