“Every person that I worked with was extremely professional and willing to help in every way they could. The only 4-star rating I gave was due to the communication timeframe in the very beginning. We were only exchanging one message a day at around 4 am and that was kind of off putting. However, I fully recognize that is not the company's fault; as I was informed that it is just an overly busy time of year and now knowing that the company is still growing, it makes sense as to why the communication would decline a little bit. That being said, every message I did receive covered every concern I had and was very informative of how to move forward with the perfect design. I want to give a special thank you to the design team because we were set on a design and I was able to sneak an opinion from Miranda and she informed me more of what she was looking for and did not like the design that was presented. I informed the design team of this in a panick and with no hesitation, we went from setting up payment, to completely redesigning the ring. It was extraordinary to see the commitment to customer service and reassurance that no matter how many changes we need to make, or when they are made, your team is dedicated to making it perfect. The only suggestion I have is maybe reducing the package size, or offering different package options. I think it is very cute and funny that the box comes with all the extra decorations and "happy tear" tissues, as well as the certifications and warranties. However, it is a decent sized package that I do not want to get rid of but I need to hide for a couple months, hoping she doesn't look through my closet for anything or else the whole surprise could be ruined. I feel it would be an amazing option to offer that package, and an alternative package that only ships the ring, while the certifications and warranty information can be digital. As much as I appreciate the extra cutesy stuff, I'm not sure it will be used until we get back from vacation but it still needs to be hidden in the meantime. I thank you very much for everyone's positive attitude and everybody's help through what could have been a very stressful process. It turned into something fun and I am very excited to present the ring on our anniversary.”

“As someone in a same-gender relationship, I felt totally lost going into this. But the team was so open to my ideas and concerns and questions, I felt taken of the entire way through. “The whole experience from start to finish was amazing with Custom Made! They really did a great job walking me through each step of the way and explaining every process. “Very happy with my experience with CustomMade. The pendants came out exactly as I have imagined. I also appreciate how they will adjust the price accordingly if there are any design changes. In my case, they reduced the price when they ended up using less material. Other places will just charge the same price even if fewer materials were used, so I did appreciate that. I will be a repeat customer.”

“From start to finish everyone who took care of my project was exceptional. Communication was flawless which made the entire process easy. The piece itself was exactly as I envisioned and the team offered great advice. There was no issue whatsoever with how picky I was being either. I purchased from Australia and the postage time was even quicker than the estimate they gave me. Had do problems with customs either. Would highly recommend Custom Made!”

“After 25+ years together it is sometimes difficult to capture a piece of jewelry that truly makes my wife smile. I approached Custom Made about a concept for a Toi et Moi (You & Me) ring. The experience was amazing - every step of the process was artfully handled, from discussions about the design, to concept drawing, to gem selection, to wax model, to the finished product and finally shipping each handoff was seamless and responsive. My wife was thrilled with the result...I am thrilled with the process. Highly recommend.”
