“Customer service is amazing the team is very responsive and catered to all my requirements, the item looks just as I hoped and delivery time was met even as they had to ship to the UK (import charges to UK are quite expensive so bear this in mind) However I would definitely return to more pieces in the future.”

“Amazing attention to detail, constant communication and verification, and wonderful support and assistance at every level of every step along the way! It never felt as though I was being pushed to make a choice on anything at any time, and there was no judgement on any aspect or choice at any time. The entire team was very friendly, welcoming, and understanding and even got my items done ahead of schedule and delivered earlier than expected which was a very pleasant surprise!”

“So glad I found custom made for my custom ring order. They were very friendly and easy to deal with from start to finish. I requested a couple of edits and they sent me drafts to review quickly. Shipping was quick and came in a nice fancy box as well. Overall, super happy with the final product and will definitely be wearing it lots!”

“My experience with custom made was incredible. They were quick to respond and so easy to work with. There were a lot of points in the process where I was a little clueless, having never done this before, and they were so helpful and made sure I was happy with my design. “I am honestly BLOWN AWAY. It's a very rare thing to have an experience worthy of being described as "truly excellent," but getting my wedding band designed and created by CustomMade has been exactly that. Every person I've talked to throughout this process has been exceptionally communicative, professional, and kind. It was so easy, and the results have wildly exceeded my expectations. This ring is my DREAM ring! Every detail is precise and perfect, and the craftsmanship is impeccable. Even the packaging it came in was beautiful! It is very clear that you guys take a lot of pride in what you do, and for that reason and all the others I mentioned, I would recommend CustomMade in a heartbeat.”

“They made the whole experience very easy and comfortable. I went in thinking I had a certain idea in mind and was able to have them make 3D images of my ring and i changed a few things along the way. All of it was made very simple from top to bottom and to get exactly what I wanted. Once all the details were figured out they had my ri g created and delivered in no time and it turned out perfect. Would definitely do it again.”

“I am so happy with the level of service and the quality of the rings from CustomMade. They were able to create a set of rings that are truly unique and perfectly matched to my personality and passions (DNA theme on the band because I am a science nerd and work in gene therapy). The communication was fantastic and the process was fun, I would absolutely reccomend them to anyone.”

“Obviously the necklace i got was quite expensive for what I got, and etsy shops tend to be cheaper (provided you find someone who both understands and is able to create your design), but the quality and communication of CustomMade was very pleasing. The images they provided prior to production were high quality and exactly what I had wanted, they were very keen on making sure I was satisfied. The final product was very accurate and quite well made. Not a single blemish or production mark on the pendant. The lead time was also significant, but not nearly as long as I expected. Overall, I do recommend them for specific jewellery requests that are hard to realize in a store or through a small vendor. They were reliable, personable, and professional.”
