“I would recommend thinking twice before ordering these as a new baby gift. The courier arrived at 7.10 am, ringing the doorbell and sending numerous texts and calling beforehand. Apparently there is an option to choose a later time slot but this is not made clear on the website and I certainly didn't see it.”

“Cakes are very pretty to look but don't believe it lived upto the taste. I have tasted better vegan Cakes. Your service is spot on. I was always kept informed of my order. The packaging was well done. Unfortunately I will not be ordering again”

“Decoration with rose petals was lovely. The taste of the cake was not worth the money. Based on the price and reviews I expected it to be extraordinary as compared to the other Cake vendors who actually provide better delicious cakes at half the price and with ease of availability. Delivery service is horrible considering the importance of ordering such an expensive cake for that particular day. I travelled from Windsor to London to pick up this cake as the delivery was delayed for a day and ended up spending much more than expected only to find that apart from the LOOKS of it the cake was not worth.”

“I heard some amazing things but the cookies turned up very dry and in little plastic bags. I tried putting them in both the oven and the microwave but both times the cookies still were extremely dry and I needed a drink afterwards. The oven was the better option of the two. Definitely will not be ordering again and will be warning people not to if they mention the company. It’s rare that I write negative reviews because people need to make a living and I may have just had a bad batch, this one needed the review though.”

“Your Brownies were luscious but the the delivery was a day late. (Missed Valentines day) I did note they were actually made on the day they were due (14.2). I ordered in plenty of time, so not the fault of the delivery firm? I dident complain at the time as I dident want to be more upset…..but now you’ve asked……”

“I bought two cakes. The carrot cake was delicious, best I have ever had. Unfortunately the lemon drizzle cake was inedible. Stodgy, heavy and super sweet. Probably the worst I have ever had. Two cakes with two different reviews. I would definitely buy the carrot cake again. I think Cutter and Squidge need to re think the lemon drizzle. I offered it to my family but they all thought it inedible. It needs to be light and fluffy. Perhaps change your recipe?”

“Wedding cake tin was okay but nothing blew us away. Tried to call to speak to wedding team and kept being put through and bouncing back. Will look for another company now as alarms me to order through them when couldnt get through”

“Ordered these for Valentines day and when my Wife received them there was no Valentines message included even though i wrote one in the order. So essentially i paid quite a lot for some nice, but quite costly brownies without a Valentines note. Not what i'd expected for the price involved.”

“I recently ordered a Brownie Box for a relative who had come out of Hospital. He didn’t know who they were from despite my typing a gift message. A similar thing happened when I ordered an afternoon tea box for a different person. Based on this it can’t be 5 stars - not sure if and where the message is included but perhaps this needs a rethink? Both items were enjoyed so in terms of quality and taste alone it would have been 5/5.”

“A welcome birthday present.Cakes lovely. Wasn’t as keen on scones needed to be very warm to be soft. Difficult when you adding cream / jam. A couple of savoury touches be nice. I would order from you again.”

“Forgot my Prosecco In the original delivery which meant a late picnic. The red velvet cake tasted like vinegar and brownies were stale. Usually a fan of cutter and Squidge but you guys went wrong for valentines I’m afraid.”

“The cake was tastey but it didn’t arrive until 7.30pm and I was planning to take it out to dinner with us for my friend so that wasn’t possible. So we weren’t actually able to enjoy the cake on her birthday”
