“Delivery was quick and on time. The recipient enjoyed both the vegan brownies and the shortbread. The only disappointment was that I ordered the Eid Vegan Brownie Box which was meant to come in an ‘Eid Mubarak’ sleeve but no sleeve was included in the package at all.”

“Think it’s overpriced for what you get. You can go out for afternoon tea for same price or less (perhaps not if you live in London). The delivery took a day and a half so the cream arrived warm. It was tasty but can get better cakes in my local bakers.”

“I purchased a selection box as a gift and whilst my friend enjoyed it, the delivery was terrible. It was scheduled to be delivered by 4pm but she did not receive it till close to 8pm.”

“Ordered vegan and vegetarian options Was impressed with the packaging loved the vegan scones and clotted style cream that was a nice touch. Didnt enjoy the vegan cake options were better than the vegetarian options...felt for the price couldve included more variety and different ones.”

“Great product. So much marketing spam. Even after unsubscribing. Shame to have a good brand ruined by overzealous marketing and poorly targeted. Advertising Mother’s Day products after having already purchased Mother’s Day products.”

“Good quality products, fast delivery, nice packaging. A little expensive for what you actually get in the box. It was just enough to split between four people when I added my own sandwiches, which I feel should be included. Even if it was just for two I would have expected some sandwiches. Not great value for money hence the three stars.”

“Were it just for the product, this would get a 5 star, as it is very good quality. But I am afraid the delivery process was so horrific that I would be dissuaded against ever buying from C&S again! My Mother's Day Gift was ten days late, with multiple mishaps. Admittedly this is largely due to their partnership with DPD, however if that partnership continues then the problem remains.”

“We love the brownies they are tasty and fabulous quality, so I purchased a box for 2 different family members as Mothers Day gifts and both were not delivered as promised. One of the orders was diverted to a local store and they were expected to go and collect them, which is far from ideal considering they were supposed to be a surprise gift. I understand delivery delays are sometimes out of a company’s control but perhaps Cutter and Squidge should be more realistic and advise customers to allow more time when selecting a delivery date on the website as they clearly cannot guarantee they will arrive on time.”
