“The cake came as described and was well received by the celebrant. I was happy with the packaging of the chocolate disc and the cake was fudgy and moist. The packaging kept everything secure and the delivery arrived by noon on the day. I was able to use my welcome discount and it’s great you get free delivery over a certain amount Will definitely use for my next celebration”

“The cake never actually arrived. It was for my son's first birthday living away from home, and it never arrived. Their customer service was SO bad, that they didn't even TRY to properly rectify this. It took them a week and many of my emails for them to even offer a refund. The birthday passed and I cannot go back and mark it with cake. But, to compound the problem with appalling customer service... I won't use them again. I have now been asked to revise this review. So, they want better reviews, but they never made any of this better. Maybe, do better, get better reviews?”
