“I would have given 5 stars but the item pictured online was not the same as the one I received due to a glitch on their website so I received the wrong light fixture. I called and spoke to Abbey in sales. The customer service I received was exceptional. She promptly emailed a return label and shipped out the correct fixture. I am very happy with my waterproof pond light and the terrific service I received.”

“I ordered what I thought was a good looking light fixture for my patio umbrella. What I actually ended up purchasing was a battery. The picture showed a light fixture, but the small print was describing a battery. I think the picture of a battery would have been a better choice for making sure that the correct product could be ordered. The company was lovely and issued me an RGA and shipping label to return the batteries that I ordered in error.”

“Hello. My light does not really match the first one I purchased. I have 2 in my kitchen , one broke and I was looking to replace it. However, the new one doesn't have the ribbon effect it was shown with. It appears to be squished or flattened and doesn't match my first order. I made need to return it.”
