Still not recieved goods and its a present and that person is goin away tomorrow and looks like i havnt got them anythin. Gitted does not explain how i feel right now.

I order a boot a week ago and still has not received the item and when I call to locate where the item was very unhelpful stuff and this is the second time. I will not be ordering from Daniel footwear again Thamk you

Ordered brown Ugg boots and black Ugg's were delivered. No brown left in stock so only offered refund. As I bought these with 25% off, I will now have to pay full price when back in stock.

Chose a gorgeous bag and completed purchase online. Received an apologetic phonecall later in the day saying bag was out of stock. Very disappointed.

I ordered a handbag and was excited about receiving it . After making the payment and waiting for delivery I was contacted by Daniels to say they couldn't find the bag that was showing on their system as in stock. I saw a similar one in the Chiswick Store which was more expensive but they didn't offer a discount on that one for my trouble. The money was refunded to my account and I managed to purchase my bag at good old John Lewis. I have had really good service in the Chiswick Daniel store on my many visits.

Ordered two pairs of shoes in sale, both were far too big and oversized for a 39 and slipped off feet. Returns cost £12.98 as both items on sale and refunds not free. Really disappointing and a costly experience.

Completely the wrong order, and then no other handbags of that type in stock anywhere,I wasn't even sent a handbag, it was a pair of boots!! the first time I have used your company but I won't be again

I ordered a pair of Ugg boots on line, which arrived fine, however on opening the box, both boots had a mark on. Very disappointing having had to take the day off to wait in for them, plus I had paid for next day delivery. I then telephoned the number on the invoice to be told, please send a photo so we can make a decision, ( a guy called Kris) A decision on what ? I asked, he just repeated we'll need to make a decision. I replied, you won't need to make a decision on anything as I don't want them and am returning them. I then had to trail to a post office to return them and although they have signed to say they have them back, I still haven't got my refund, but will give them a couple more days. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE !

These boots are not as big and bulky as they look on the photo, which I was disappointed with. They are very comfortable to wear though. Unfortunately for me the leather rein around the right boot is looser and longer than the left one, which results in this one constantly turning the buckle to the front of the boot instead of staying on the side like the other one does. They feel different from each other. Then the 'steel' accessories on the front loosened and I had to remove them. Now the pucture holes are all that is left........

I still haven't received my parcel having ordered welll over a week ago. I have waited in on three separate days and the UK Mail delivery person has either. Not turned up or has come at a differenttime slot. They have not attempted to leave with a neighbour despite both being in and there is no option to collect f I wanted to wear them last weekend and am now a week on and I still haven't seeen them. Very disappointed and will not be ordering again. The money was debited from.,y account over a week ago and I have nothing to show for it.

Online it says adults uggs and it came as children's returned and orders else where.

Having chased my delivery twice already I have stayed in for the third day and STILL haven't received my parcel!!! I appreciate this issue probably lies with the courier company but you choose to use them and this therefore reflects on you. Sort this out please!!

I ordered a scarf, leopard print, I received a blue paisley print scarf very nice but not what I wanted so had to send it back. No confirmation of receipt of original order and no info about delivery. Not good compared to most websites.

Ordered an item for next day delivery on a Thursday.Got it the following Tuesday.Only plus is that when asked they refunded delivery charge.

I am still awaiting my goods to be delivered I have had a look at my fedex tracking number and it is saying that it wont arrive to me until the 4th November which will make it 3 weeks for delivery..............in this day & age this is to long of a wait. I am now hoping the wait will be worth it.
