hello, I usually take size 3 and this time I buy the shoes in 3.5. but it felt too small for me. I have already returned it but did not recieve the refund yet.

The website is clunky and kept sticking and not letting you go to the menu. Great choice of products. I ordered 2 pairs of booths. One a stunning pair of oxblood long boots, fantastic quality and I'm gutted that I've got to return them because they are too narrow at the calf. The other pair were a stunning black high heeled suede shoe boot. Gorgeous! So I kept them and wore them for the first time on Saturday. I'd literally walked less than 75 yards from the car into my Mum and Dads house so I was really annoyed when the plastic heel tip of the right boot cracked and fell off leaving the suede heel and the metal pin protruding. I hobbled into Sainsburys to get the heel tip replaced and on inspection the other heel had split too! For an expensive pair of boots I would have expected much better than this. It wasn't the cost of the repair it's the fact that they were brand new and clearly not well finished. Would like reimbursement for both the repair and the inconvenience please! Very disappointed.

I ordered some boots online which weren't actually in stock. So the money was refunded and I was made aware a few days later. I don't really see why the stock level could not be checked prior to my order being placed (as other stores have this facility) but I had to look elsewhere as I couldn't find a suitable replacement.

Boots were the wrong size, packaged in a box labelled with the correct size. First time purchasing from Daniel Footwear and was disappointed. On the plus side, delivery was quick but am still awaiting refund.

I've not actually received my shoes yet, so can't write a review. Service online was good but the time between delivery and receiving product is much to be desired!

I was really excited when I got some wedges in the sale but when I tried them on the strap at the back was too low and didnt support my foot which wasnt because they were too big but poorly designed. Disappointing.

I ordered a pair of shoes and was told delivery would be 2 - 4 days. By the third day they had not arrived and on the 4th day I checked my inbox only to be told that the item was no longer in stock and a refund had been made. I really feel that it should not take that long to tell me the item was out of stock. I wanted these shoes for a special occasion and was unable to order them in time from anywhere else - so sorry I have to give a poor rating on this occasion. I was offered a 10% discount on future orders but really would rather have had the shoes in the first place or at least been notified sooner. 10% is neither here nor there!!!

Very disappointed with the service as one item was missing from our order and we had to ring every day for a week to get them delivered in time for our wedding .just kept being told that the item has been put out for delivery and we would get it the next day , a week later we got the delivery.just be honest and say what is really going on

Even though the quality of shoe was great the size was too big...we returned them for a smaller size and all we have heard so far is that we have been updated? ?? Whatever that is referring to??? I've never had problems and delays like this with any other company so BEWARE if like us you need your shoes for an occasion:(

I paid for two pairs of shoes and online was delivered although the despatch note mentioned both. When I chased the second pair I didn't receive a response to my email. I then did online chat and was advised they weren't in stock and asked if I'd like a refund (not sure what would have happened had I not asked). I was told that the refund was done immediately but it didn't appear that day and I didn't receive a response to my email chasing this either. I then received another despatch notification and when I queried this I was told it was in respect of the shoes that weren't in stock which made no sense. I was told that the shoes I'd already received would be with my the end of the week and I then received a further despatch notification. Basically, a simple order has ended up being far too complex.

I ordered a pair of shoes, paying an additional charge for next day delivery, they arrived four days later. I have returned the shoes without opening the box and await a full refund, including the delivery charge.

The 2 pairs of shoes I ordered in the sale were delivered very quickly and arrived in perfect condition, however I then realised I had ordered the wrong size in both, I had ordered a size 4 & should have ordered a size 3. I telephoned customer service straight away and was informed how to return the items I had ordered & that the size 3 was available in both pairs of shoes and they would be put to one side for me to be sent out as soon as my returns arrived. Unfortunately I never received the size 3 shoes as they were not " put to one side " for me and had been sent to a location where they could not be retreived from, so I never received the 2 pairs of shoes. I was very disappointed about this as the shoes I had ordered were in the sale but were not exactly cheap, one pair was £69.99 and the other was £59.99 and furthermore, as I have a problem with one of my feet and can only wear a particular style of shoe ( I had already purchased this shoe earlier in the year and found it to be very comfortable) I was fed up that I was now not going to receive them and would have to embark on another epic search for suitable shoes. There was nothing else I wished to have as an alternative.

Initially was so impressed I emailed to thank the store. However I asked for a gift receipt which I believe wasn't provided. The shoes have been returned for an exchange again i emailed explaining they were a gift and the recipient was going away, we have heard nothing since. No acknowledgement they have been returned and no delivery of the exchange. The recipient has now gone away. They were returned on the 5th September
