Shipping took over 6 days, and just after that the shoes were sent . I received a tracking nr with the wrong site for tracking. It wasn't city link, as it was said in the first mail.. It was tntpost ... I still didnt received the shoes yet... I'm still waiting... But I guess it's the last time I will buy from your site... I will go to coggles...

Dear Livia, Thank you for your review. I have checked your tracking and your order is out for delivery today. Our international orders are shipped as quickly as possible however please note with most international orders there is a handling time on top of the shipping timeframe once the parcel is with our courier. Handling timeframes are usually between 2-6 working days, this process is to allow the products to be returned to our head office from our stores so they can be despatched with a separate courier. From despatch TNTPOST advise that it takes 6 working days for your parcel to be delivered to Romania. I hope this helps, if you require any further information please do let me know. The boots were very good quality, but much too big although I ordered my usual size .It was therefore somewhat galling to have to pay £8 postage (on top of the £4 to receive them) to send them back. No more shoe purchases on line and I shall check the return terms very carefully in future. Have got too used to the excellent system at other on line retailers, I suppose.

This was my first experience of Daniel online and I was disappointed with it. The bag was filthy and was scraped along one side and at the edges. I needed the bag to match shoes which I had bought in the Daniel shop where the service was excellent. Not used to online shopping, I wasn't sure about returning goods. I decided to try cleaning it up to see if the marks would fade. It took a bit of time but it cleaned up well. There were still faint marks but they were hard to see. I'm sure that any manager would have given their staff a roasting if they had offered a customer a product in that condition in the shop. Why is it OK online? Maybe because the customer is not physically there to complain or reject it? There was a ticket inside the box to say the item had been inspected. I doubt that!! I will not use Daniel online again as I cannot trust it. However, the shop itself gave me an excellent experience and the staff were extremely helpful. If you want to encourage online services you have to do better than that. I expected more from Daniel.

It should have been carefully inspected and quality checked before sending out to you, so if this has not been done I sincerely apologise. We will be taking this up with the store involved. I believe you have cleaned it up, however if there are still marks on the bag I would be happy to offer you a discount on this item. Very poor was gonna order a huge amount tomorrow for holiday but I ordered 2 items after taking the money out my bank 2 days later told me one wasent in stock and took 7 days to refund me and when my item come it was all marked and everything I'm talking a 100pound bag

This depends on the customers bank and unfortunately it is out of our control. The remaining items on your order should have been quality checked, so if you are not satisfied with the quality of the item you have received I sincerely apologise. Very poor service from Daniel.I ordered a bag for my daughters b.day and despite paying additional £4.99 the bag arrived a day late and this was after several phone calls. When it finally arrived it was well packaged. Do not pay £4.99 for express postage as this does not happen.

Hermes 're directed parcel so it took much longer than expected on delivery,phoned to chase with Daniels but no reply so had to leave an answer phone message with my telephone number but no one rang me back,not v good customer service,eventually recs goods all packaged really nicely,so as part from Hermes and not being phoned back all good.

I am really disappointed with this product. The size is completely wrong - these are almost two sizes too large - and I needed them for this weekend!

Was beginning to think they had been lost! Received lots today! The box was damaged, but goods inside appear ok. Unfortunately they are too small and I will have to return them to you!!, I will hopefully be able to get a uk size 38, fingers crossed they might even fit!!

We make sure that all our orders are packaged in a box so that the footwear inside is not damaged. If you receive your order and the box and the goods inside are damaged please do let us know so that we can escalate the matter with our couriers. At this time of year some winter styles do go out of stock but we will be receiving some more Ugg boots at the end of August. I've bought shoes form Daniels for many year and the reason is because your quality and style. My last order on the net, I paid for two pairs of sale shoes, was then told one pair was out of stock and when I received the second pair they did not fit!!! I'm always a size 9 but honestly you would need to have wedge to get into these shoes. So I now have none and I awaiting re-payment to my account. I'll go back to the shop from now on.

I didn't make a purchase as I was asked to provide proof of address (sometihng I have never had to do on any other website) so won't be using Daniel Footwear again. I also asked for the purchase to be cancelled and have received nothing by way of confirmation

Dear Janet, Thank you for your review. I apologise for the late reply, we have experienced some technical difficulties with our review system. I'm sorry to hear that you were not happy with the service that you received. We try and provide and easy and stress-free service so I sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. Our payment system runs a series of fraud checks to enable us to send our orders out securely. When ordering through PayPal, the addresses that you use need to be verified with PayPal. If they are not able to verify the address then we are required to contact you and ask for proof of address before we proceed with your order. These measures are taken in line with our payment processor’s guidelines and for the protection of our customers as well as our own. Unfortunately we are not able to change the address on PayPal orders as the new address has not been processed through the system. Our only option is to cancel the order as it stands and re-place it with the correct information. I apologise if you did not receive an email to confirm the cancellation and refund of your order. Shoes fine no problem with them or ordering process. The issue I had was the carrier. Know way of contacting them other than some silly push button option (not good) as could not pick a day that suited me so ended up having to take time off work for delivery. Not good would be put off ordering again because of this problem.

Firstly, I received the review email before the shoes had even arrived. Secondly, the laces were a noticeably different colours on my Sahara gold pumps, which I've had to change myself. Thirdly, I paid £39.99 for the shoes online and the sale tag on them said £27.99! Not a happy customer.

Disappointing service - selected and paid for 'priority delivery', my item was due to be dispatched Thursday for delivery Friday, no notification to say it had been dispatched on Thursday so I called Friday to track it, to be told it hadn't yet been dispatched so I wouldn't receive it on Friday (I needed the shoes for Saturday). I asked if they'd be delivered Saturday, was told they could 'on this occasion arrange a special Saturday delivery', as if it had been myself in the wrong and I was being an inconvenience. I confirmed I would like them delivered the Saturday...no sign of them, expected delivery Monday...still didn't arrive. Finally late on Tuesday they were delivered, no phone call or email update from the company. Not what you expect when paying so much for a pair of shoes.

Email sent 28 March 2014 to Daniel Footwear Good afternoon I had intended waiting until close of business today in the hope I would receive my order before contacting you. I was somewhat concerned that is was now day 6 since ordering. Would you believe an extremely honest gentleman has just knocked at my door and presented me with the boots! The boots were delivered to the wrong address. The City Link label address is flat 2, 2 Seacroft Court, Sea Road, Boscombe, BH5 1DL….wrongly addressed. It restores ones faith in people that this gentleman took the trouble to try my address. I thought it was important for you to know in the hope you don’t lose money during these difficult financial times. Kind regards Linda As yet no reply!

I ordered a present for Mother's Day and paid the additional delivery cost to guarantee delivery for Mother's Day. I had to chase the order up as the order was delayed. Then I was informed the present would be delivered on Monday after Mother's Day. I was asked to request delivery time on Monday. I requested after 3pm. The present arrived at 1:30 pm.
