The shoes is ok but I find that the right shoe is obviously worn. I don't know if it is a sample before but it is obviously not a new one which can be observed from the tread. It's a pity that the shop send their customer shoes like this only because the shoes is bought from the Internet. Overall, this is a good heels.

Hi Xiaomeng, Thank you for reviewing your order. The shoes you ordered have been in stock for a while and are heavily reduced in price. Although we only send out footwear in good condition, yours was the last pair in the company and one of the shoes had probably been tried on in a shop, hence the ever so slightly worn look on the tread. I received my shoes within a reasonable time frame but when they arrive the bottom of one of the shoes was covered in stickers that someone had attempted to rip off. This is not what u expect on a new pair of shoes that cost a lot of money.

Ordered a pair of mens shoes online and payment was taken, at no point did the site indicate the stock availability. Unfortunately I was advised that the item was out of stock and was refunded promptly. I appreciate the quick payment turnaround but how about showing stock availablity in the first place?

The Red boots looked rather mottled and slightly orange in places. Also I am a normal size 6 and have purchased Fly boots for years but these were really big so they have been returned.

My order was obviously not checked before being sent out as the trainers were different colours looking at them it seems that maybe one trainer has been out in the sun and faded considerably but had they have been checked before being sent out this would have been obvious. I returned the item and received a full refund but it was very inconvenient and I had to cover return postage costs.

Ordered a parcel online which i should of received between two and five days didn't receive my parcel so emailed them got a reply saying. We will look into this. So emailed them back next day saying can you tell me where my parcel is which I didn't get no email back So I decided to go to Newcastle My nearest branch and the girl rang them for me and I got some joy my parcel came four days later so I got my parcel in two wks which should of been between two and five days.

Daniel footwear fine customer service team,,, Quality of shoes not good The rubber sole has worn quicker than expected the rubber is very soft And I have not had the shoes long approx 3 weeks I would not recommend

I am very disappointed with the delivery time. I placed an order 3 weeks ago and I have yet to receive my parcel. I had no idea it would take so long. Still don't know when I will receive my parcel as it hasn't even been out for delivery as yet.

Dear Sibongile, Thank you for your review, we have been looking into your delivery, and it is currently with the South African post office on the same tracking number as you have been given. It should be out for delivery towards the start of this week for you. Our courier advises that delivery to South Africa should take 4-8 days to be delivered, so your parcel has been well outside of their advised delivery time, which we will take up with them. I paced a order for an item allegedly in stock, my money was taken, only to be told a couple of days later that the shoes weren't available after all. Probably a scam for cash flow. Don't bother with them

However for example, if 3 people order it around the same time we can end up with an out of stock issue. It seems the size you requested was out of stock, then came back in, to go out of stock again. Its two weeks later and regrettably I still haven't received my order. The couriers at first said that my post code was incorrect and secondly, then mis laid it. Laura from customer services has been brilliant but I am starting to feel that my summer sandals won't be used given how long its taken for them to arrive (still not received). Hugely disappointing as its my first time shopping with you.

It was the first time that I have purchased goods from Daniels Footwear online and I was very disappointed. Package arrived on time but with the wrong shoes enclosed although the invoice was correct. Customer Service department were very helpful, but I had to call them every day to chase up order. Finally correct goods were delivered which I am very happy with.

I ordered some Cath Kidston flip flops as I have an old pair I bought years ago from Cath Kidston. I ordered some from EBay and they were clearly fake ones, thinking Your company was retributable I ordered some from yoyrselves and they were fake again the rubber smelt really strongly and the paint in them was of poor quality, they were worse then the ones I ordered from EBay. unfortunately I ordered next day delivery so I could wear the shoes but I was sent grey suede and gold instead of the white leather and gold . Invoice said what I'd ordered white and gold. So I had to pay extra for next day delivery and pay to send them back. So a costly waste of my time

The white leather is a soft leather that is not a bright white, but slightly off white so this may be where the confusion lies. If this is not the case then please do let us know. If you are not happy with your order we can offer you a free return and refund your order in full. If you have already sent your order back to us, please send us the postage receipt and we will reimburse you for this. Service great but these shoes are lethal. So comfy normally have been deceived into wearing them to an event today. Every bit of slightly uneven ground is sending me over on my ankle because the elastic uppers do not give enough support. Great on Pavements.

The flip flops were delivered by the courrier but I was not in, they did not leave a card so I contacted Daniels to trace my order, I eventually collected them from depo and was disappointed with the quality, one pair had gone yellow in the sun, this was so obvious, I'm embarrassed they send it out and it cosy me more to sent something back which was faulty. I don't think I will ever shop on this website again.

The courier if they attempt delivery should leave a calling card stating when they will re-attempt delivery and supply you with a number to contact them on. All customers will be emailed as soon as it becomes apparent that a proof of address or address verification may be necessary, so i apologise if an email to this effect was never received.
