“I purchased a pair of uggs and had to follow up with your company myself a week later as I had heard nothing. I was then told I was supposed to receive an email from you asking for proof of address. After a number of emails back and forth I was told my order would be dispatched only to receive an email the following day telling me the product was now out of stock! Not a good example of customer service for a first time user of your site.”

“I ordered the tan classic short boots with chocolate logo and received them with the light logo,not accepeptable when ur paying £150 pound for them.”
